Very private cabin with wilderness views on the east end of little round lake. The cabin does have satellite WIFI. 2 bedrooms (king and queen) with a spiral staircase leading up to a loft with another queen bed. Full bath on the main floor and a half bath in the loft. Open timber frame design. Main level has heated floors and a gas fireplace.
No boat access to the lake but within minutes of boat ramps for Round lake, the Chippewa Flowage and many other popular lakes. We are Located right on the snowmobile trail. You can get to one atv trail from the cabin by riding county road B west a few miles. The road is marked as an atv route. Convenient to all of Hayward’s other attractions.
Covered porch wraps around onto a large deck and fire pit area.

Annual Ice Fishing weekend

Cozy, warm, and rustic "up north" cabin in the woods that one dreams about when vacationing in northern Wisconsin. Isolated in the woods off the beaten path above a frozen wetland. An upgraded media center gave us the ability to watch live sports or our favorite movies. This setting is perfect for small groups who want to enjoy each other's company while being able to prepare and cook a delicious meal. A great nuance is the warm and cozy loft accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase. This was the fourth time our group has stayed here and hopefully not our last!

Great Cabin

Just returned from our trip to Hayward staying at this rental. Everything was as expected - great cabin in the woods, awesome deck, and conveniently located about a half a mile from a couple great restaurants.

Great Wisconsin Cabin!

We loved this property, would definitely come back again. The house was awesome and loft area set up nicely to give a little bit of privacy for those staying up there. Would recommend you to use Google Maps to find the place. Apple Maps is a little misleading.

Great for ATVs

Great location for atving, the road is open to atvs and is close to gas stations and trails. The owner had great communication and the place was clean

Great place, really enjoyed our stay!!

Only negative was sheriff told us it is not yet on an approved atv route, other than that we loved everything about the place!

Beautiful cabin

I stayed here with my partner for a long weekend. It was a very cute cabin, very quite. We went skiing and it was just wonderful. One thing I will say is 2/4 beds there are SUPER firm, luckily there was just 2 of us so we could pick the king bed and it was perfect.

2023 ice fishing trip

Perfect property for a small group of guys who are looking for an excellent, well kept, cabin in the woods. Off the beaten path but close enough to the area lakes to make for a great fishing vacation!

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful, cozy cabin with cedar walls and heated floors. Tucked down a long, tree-lined driveway into the north woods. We saw a family of dear as we arrived. Pictures don’t really do the cabin justice. Communication with Steve was great. We enjoyed some cross country skiing, snowshoeing and good restaurants/shopping in and around downtown Hayward.

We had a blast. This would be the second time staying at this cabin and we will be back. Clear instructions of the cabin and easy check in and check out. I am looking forward to taking friends and family back to this home away from home.

Beautiful property in woods. No WiFi so you are remote.

Easy to book and stay in contact with property manager. My first time booking with Vrbo. Little strange having to do clean up before leaving. Used to motel/hotel that do the cleaning. Family enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.
