You will not want to miss the opportunity to stay in this perfectly located, beautifully renovated, stunning Mountain Villa. This 3 Bedroom + Loft 3 Bathroom Condo will not disappoint! Enjoy the open living space that provides a warm and inviting area for the entire group to gather for food, fun, and the beautiful fire. Also, TVs are located in the main bedroom, bedroom 2, and the great room to take a break from all the outdoor action. WiFi is included too! Coin operated washers and dryers are conveniently located out the front door in the center of the complex.

Completely remodeled kitchen/living area is just a few of the higher end additions that these owners have provided to accommodate their guests.

This condo is a short walk to the heart of Boyne Mountain where you can easily access Avalanche Bay, the front of Boyne Mountain including Boyneland Chair lift, a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as all of the other activities that Boyne Mountain offers to guests.

During the summer you have access to large pool where you can sit and relax or swim laps if you choose.

Great stay

The place was perfect for a weekend ski trip with 12 guys. Only 2 people had to share a bed and it was a king, so it wasn’t a big deal. The location was great. Just a short walk to the slopes and the resort.

Perfect Ski Lodging

We spent the weekend skiing at Boyne Mountain. The property was very conveniently located near the slopes and everything there was clean and organized. The manager was very responsive and accommodating in our communications.

The condo was all newly renovated! Very clean. Property manager was very easy to interact with. Very good about responding almost immediately. Great communication. Lots of room in condo!

Nice Villa for skiing

Although it's not right on the hill, it only a very short walk to the lift line. Villa has everything you need and is very comfortable for a large family or even two families. Please not it is an up stairs unit. It didn't effect our group but it might if you have trouble with a narrow set of stairs.

Overall nice place

The place was very clean. The kitchen well-appointed. As mentioned before a part of the carpet is repaired with black duct tape, not a big deal but for how well it is decorated this repair looks ignored. The kitchen table seats four people so if you are bringing a large crowd you would not be able to seat everyone around the table. Owner communicative.

Fun togetherness.

We had a lot of teenage boys with us, so that back bedroom made a great boys bunk room (actually bunk beds in there would be really great since they don't love sharing beds) Huge couch made for great gathering place in spite of small dimensions of the room. Nice for "togetherness". Had a ball walking back n' forth from condo to lifts to water park to village several times a day. Great time, so just needed more garbage bags.

Superb location for groups!

We had a fun group of 12 people, and the space was perfect for what we needed! Ample separated space from the main living area. The hosts were very responsive to questions and ensured all our needs were met. The “community” is less than a 5 minute walk to the chair lift (10/10 recommend) and the condo itself was a hop skip and jump from the pool. Lots to do all within walking distance (which was our main goal). The condo itself could certainly use some updating. I assume it gets lots of use, but where the carpet is coming up is duct taped, and just few cosmetic details that could be overall improved for the price. Would it stop me from staying here again, or recommending it to a friend? Not one bit! Great location, comfortable beds and accommodations, and excellent hosts!

We had 5 couples stay for a long weekend and were all very happy with it. Absolutely perfect location for skiing in and out much closer to the main lifts than what we thought so that great. Would recommend this place forsure.

Fabulous - Awesome

The condo was really great. This was a family trip with my two children, their spouses, and 5 grand children. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, take a nap, play games, and visit. The kitchen was fully fictional. Everyone loved the accommodations. It was a short walk to the slopes. Randall Surline II and Ashley Clarke were great to work with. They responded right away to any question that I had. I would return here any time and work with these property managers again. Thank you so very much for making this a trip so nice. Mary Stevens

Great Labor Day weekend headquarters

A great condo with plenty of room for our family of 6 (parents, 3 young adult kids and a grandparent (81)). Boyne Mountain has good resources in the lodge (restaurants, etc.) and the surrounding property is beautiful. The location also provides easy access to Petosky/Harbor Springs and points further north (45 minutes to Wilderness State Park -- amazing!). The condo itself has everything one might need -- a nice kitchen, comfortable living room, great bedrooms. Despite the new renovation, already showing some slight signs of wear-and-tear (some frayed rug areas where rug meets tile) which -- for the price -- ideally would be touched up. But overall, a great property in which we'd definitely stay again.
