This stunning custom built Orlando villa is perfectly placed to be the perfect home for your magical vacation. It is situated on one of the most desirable lakefront lots in the prestigious gated and walled community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The community is 2 miles, being 5-8 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World and less than a mile to the nearest golf course. Shops, restaurants, banks, and mini golf are all in close proximity.

At over 7200 sq ft of under cover space of which 5800 sq ft is air conditioned space, there is more than enough room for even the largest family gathering to have their own personal space. The non-smoking and pet free villa accommodates 18 people and has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, large family room, large screen theater/cinema, kitchen, two dining areas, purpose built games room/2nd living area, double garage and a large private sun deck and pool.

This home comprises of a grand master suite, and three additional master bedrooms, all of which have a king bed, bathroom and state of the art large screen wall mounted high definition TV with cable and Blu-ray player.

The fifth bedroom has two full beds with its own bathroom, the sixth bedroom being a twin bunk room (twin over full) and finally the seventh bedroom has two twin beds, with the twin room and the bunk bed room sharing a bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a wall mounted TV with HD cable TV, and blu-ray player.
The living area boasts an enormous state of the art 75 inch ultra high definition LED TV connected to UHD player and Roku Ultra with Spectrum cable access. All the master bedrooms have a minimum of a 65 inch Ultra High Definition LED screen, with the grand master suite benefiting from a 75 inch Ultra High Definition LED screen.

If size is important to you, then treat yourself to the latest movie in the theater which for the technically minded has a 103 inch screen 7.1 surround sound, Sony Ultra High Definition Laser Projector, Ultra HD player and Roku Ultra Streaming box with Spectrum Cable acces. For the ultimate comfort and luxury, the seating is out of this world with seven leather seats each having recline and foot support.

The games room is purpose built and is therefore not your usual garage make-over, and as such the room is light and airy which makes it a place you actually want to spend time in. The room is equipped with a 8ft slate pool table and 7ft air hockey table, in addition to a living area, TV and wet bar. Double doors lead out onto the amazing pool deck.

If the interior hasn't given you the wow factor you require to spend your vacation at this villa, then the pool and sun deck will truly amaze you! The screened sun deck is a massive 88ft x 42ft and has the best uninterrupted view of Star Lake where you will see plenty of birds fly over and paddle. A huge 65" outside Ultra HD TV is also provided on the deck to cater for our guests who cannot cope without watching their team.

Family Vacation

We have travelled to Formosa Gardens several times over the years and this was by far our favourite rental home! There was tons of space inside and out for everyone and the pool and outdoor area was beyond our expectations. We loved our week long vacation and hope to return next year. This house was absolutely perfect for my extended family's vacation. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The pool was huge and clean. The property manager was super friendly and so helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. Great house; but a disappointment

House is gorgeous but one AC didn’t work which left 2 bedrooms warm. More importantly, the spa heater didn’t work at all. Very disappointing as we couldn’t use the beautiful backyard pool and spa system. Contacted property manager who worked on problem everyday but it still wasn’t working when we left at week’s end.. Next trip will use Disney vacation resort rather than renting private house.

Fantastic property

We had an amazing time at Star Lake Manor. Between the house and the pool, the kids always had something they wanted to do. It’s very easy to get to Disney world without going on any highways. Walmart is very close as are a lot of dining and shopping options. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and keeping clean. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. We only needed to contact them for some extra trash space and they took care of it immediately. All of the beds were comfortable and we loved all of the features of the house that you could control from anywhere in the house. This house is great for multiple families and kids. Although we spent a lot of time at the parks, the kids want to come back just to spend a week at the house!

I have never been to Disney. We took my 7 and 5 yr old with mother in law and sister in law. The house was huge and we all loved coming home to a family movie after a day at the parks. We appreciated the space and the parks were so close. We couldn’t be happier with our stay

Look No Further

We are very pleased to find the photos and pictures of the property actually did not do it justice. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space, plenty of accommodations for luxury vacation. The pool and hot tub with the setting of the pond behind them is absolutely spectacular. The fact the whole backyard is so well fenced, meant we do not have any problems with bugs, reptiles, or birds. We enjoyed seeing them, we are glad they were not with us for sunbathing or playing in the pool. The house itself was so comfortable, had everything we needed, and we find ourselves easily spreading out and felt like we were at a resort property without having to share the space with people outside of our family. The proximity to the amusement parks is fantastic! Great to be able to get to Walmart and Publix for shopping, as well as having plenty of restaurants nearby. We even found it convenient to be able to go out to Cocoa Beach to play for a day. Don’t hesitate, that is our pick for a property when we come back
