Beautiful home with amazing pool in lovely, gated neighborhood within 10-20 minutes of all Disney Parks. Check in and communication were excellent, instructions about how everything on the home operated were plentiful, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet - a lovely retreat after days in the theme parks. The rooms are well appointed, kitchen and cleaning supplies are well stocked, and the biggest draw was the gorgeous and very large pool and pool deck with grill and outdoor seating for our whole family. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We have travelled to Formosa Gardens several times over the years and this was by far our favourite rental home! There was tons of space inside and out for everyone and the pool and outdoor area was beyond our expectations. We loved our week long vacation and hope to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Wonderful family vacation

Perfect accommodations for our big family of tenagers and young adults. This property is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Great for all ages. We enjoyed watching the Disney world fireworks from the balcony each evening. We look forward to staying again!

Great Home!

Four generations of family enjoyed this excellent house. Plenty of room inside and pool area is FABULOUS. Nice to have ice makers inside and outside. Kitchen was well stocked for people who actually cook! We were impressed.

This house was absolutely perfect for my extended family's vacation. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The pool was huge and clean. The property manager was super friendly and so helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. Overall there were no cons to this place and we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us!

Fantastic property

We had an amazing time at Star Lake Manor. Between the house and the pool, the kids always had something they wanted to do. It’s very easy to get to Disney world without going on any highways. Walmart is very close as are a lot of dining and shopping options. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and keeping clean. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. We only needed to contact them for some extra trash space and they took care of it immediately. All of the beds were comfortable and we loved all of the features of the house that you could control from anywhere in the house. This house is great for multiple families and kids. Although we spent a lot of time at the parks, the kids want to come back just to spend a week at the house!

Great house; but a disappointment

House is gorgeous but one AC didn’t work which left 2 bedrooms warm. More importantly, the spa heater didn’t work at all. Very disappointing as we couldn’t use the beautiful backyard pool and spa system. Contacted property manager who worked on problem everyday but it still wasn’t working when we left at week’s end.. Next trip will use Disney vacation resort rather than renting private house.

We are really sorry for the issues you encountered. We tried our best to resolve the problems during your stay:- Our electric pool heater was fixed on day 2 of your stay, and heated the pool (not spa) to over 80F by day 3. Our gas heater took 3 separate companies, and 6 visits to fix, which was hugely disappointing for a 9 month old unit. In the end both heaters had the same main fault with various circuit boards blown, either from a power spike or electrical storm. The AC unit, which was 1 of 3 that cool the house, was beyond repair, so we had to get 2 companies out to quote, and this unit has now been replaced and is fully working. Once again we are sorry the problems you incurred, but please do not let this put you off renting a private house.

Family Thanksgiving Get-Away

This was our 2nd stay at Star Lake Manor. Our family had a wonderful stay. The home had everything that we needed for a wide range of ages and interests. The location is great and makes it easy to get to area attractions. The pool was amazing as always! Definitely recommend!
