Well maintained classic beach cottage with amazing Intracoastal Waterway views from the Carolina room, living room and sitting room. What's more this ocean view home on quiet Caswell Beach is located about 0.1 miles from a public walkway to the beach.
Once inside guests will find hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout the home. There's also wireless internet access, a Large, flat screen TV in the living room with Roku so guests can access their personal streaming services, Books, games and puzzles.
The marsh-facing office and sitting area underwent renovations in 2025 and now features a queen sleeper sofa. There are also beautiful ICW views from one of the king bedrooms.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the gated deck overlooking the ICW with rockers, picnic table and umbrella or cool off on the covered street side porch with furniture.
There is covered parking for two cars and additional two uncovered spaces in the driveway. Other amenities include an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and a hose rinse off under the home. Don't overlook the back patio, where you can relax by the fire pit.
Guests with allergies should note that, although no guest pets are welcome during rentals, dogs and cats may be present during owner occupancy.
