Hermosa Villa con vistas a la cima del árbol al sur de Yosemite

Nuestra villa se encuentra en Robles al sur de la entrada de Yosemite. Entre en el acogedor vestíbulo que lo lleva a la gran sala familiar con una estufa de leña. Una puerta corrediza de vidrio a un patio exterior con vistas espectaculares de los robles. La cocina está abierta a la habitación familiar con un gran rincón de desayuno. Hay un comedor separado con un área de bar y al lado está la sala de estar formal. En el lado opuesto de la casa es una gran sala de juegos.
Tiene 1 dormitorio principal grande que tiene una puerta corredera hacia el exterior que te lleva directamente al jacuzzi. El baño principal tiene una ducha doble y una bañera grande con una chimenea de gas de doble cara.
La casa tiene 3 dormitorios más grandes, 2 de las habitaciones tienen camas dobles y la tercera habitación tiene 2 camas dobles, todas con hermosas vistas de los árboles de roble. También tiene una sala de estar con un sofá cama doble con un nido doble. Hay dos baños más grandes con bañeras / duchas.

AL AIRE LIBRE: Hay un corredor cubierto para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana y el almuerzo o la cena en el exterior. También hay un gran patio de concreto con asientos y un columpio para relajarse y tomar una copa de vino con su familia y amigos. Hay un jacuzzi que disfrutarás por completo en la noche con las brillantes estrellas brillando sobre ti. Hay un tramploine para los niños que tiene una red de seguridad. Hay arroyos estacionales en la parte trasera de la propiedad que se ejecutan duirng la temporada de lluvia / nieve. Puede ver un zorro, lince rojo, pavos salvajes, mapaches, zorrillos y ciervos en ocasiones.

COMUNIDAD: El vecindario es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Las casas están un poco distantes entre sí, por lo que disfrutará de su privacidad. Puede pasear por el vecindario o ir a correr por la mañana.

YOSEMITE: La casa se encuentra a aproximadamente 30 minutos de la entrada sur de Yosemite.
COARSEGOLD: está aproximadamente a 4 millas de distancia con una pequeña tienda de comestibles, estación de servicio, un par de restaurantes y comensales.
OAKHURST: se encuentra aproximadamente a 12 millas al sur, donde encontrará más restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles más grandes, boutiques, cines, estaciones de gas, peluquerías y bancos.
CHUKCHANSI GOLD CASINO & RESORT: tiene algunos restaurantes y bailes, conciertos de verano y está a 4 millas al norte de la autopista 41.
BASS LAKE: aproximadamente 15 millas al sur de la autopista 41
BODEGAS: Madera tiene algunas bodegas con la más cercana a aproximadamente 20 millas al sur de Hey 41. Otros en el área que en ocasiones tienen conciertos al aire libre son Toca Madera Winery & ApCal.

Excellent!

It was hot, but the nearby lake provided plenty of refreshing fun and activity. We even thrift/antique shopped in Coarsegold and nearby Oakhurst. Yosemite was a hike (1.5 hours), but the drive is beautiful. Olga was so accessible & kind. The house was even better than pictured/described. We loved our stay. The kids want a foosball table now! We would stay here again, maybe in cooler months next time!

Dawn thank you for choosing our home. Yes summer is hot in this area and the days you were there were even hotter. I love the fall through spring. I recommend early spring so you can see the beautiful strong waterfalls and less people visiting during that time. A very spacious house

Our group of friends enjoyed the 9-day stay at this house. This place is very spacious and 10 of us never felt crowded. The hot tub was a hit even on warmer days. The drive to the entrance to Yosemite was not too bad, 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. The house is well stocked with appliances and condiments.

Beautiful house, plenty of room

House was perfect for our family. We all had plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio. There was a lot of seating outside. About a 30 minute drive to bass lake. Olga was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. We weren’t lacking anything when we cooked; very well stocked in silverware, plates and cups. I appreciated how there were instruction labels on things we needed to know. We will definitely be booking again.

Lovely home in the mountains

Great home and kitchen is fully stocked. The owner is very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The house has a beautiful peaceful view from the patio and plenty of chairs in the back patio. The house has 4 bedrooms. Master has a king bed, one room has a queen and the last two rooms have full size beds. There is an office/day room that doesn't have a door and there's a full size need in there to. There's also a game room with a twin bed that could be turned into a full. There's lots of room to spread out and we enjoyed hanging out side in the patio. We drove to Yosemite from the house, it took about 45 min drive to the south gate. It's a curvy road. Great place to stay, would stay again.

Yosemite 1/2 Marathon

This house is beautiful! Everything you need for your stay is there. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries. The location is perfect for Oakhurst, Bass Lake, Yosemite Valley and Chukchansi. We had 12 in our group, 10 adults and two children and plenty of room for all of us. The only small flaws are the beds. With such a spacious home, the beds are mostly doubles in a room. Doubles are way too small for two grown adults to sleep comfortably on. The Master bed is large enough but it has a pillow top mattress pad and after 2 days we removed it so we could sleep better. We put it on the back bedroom bed because that bed is very firm. It would also be nice to have 2 beds in the large back bedroom for a small family, 2 parents and 2 small children could sleep together in. My grandchildren (3 & 5) slept on cots because there’s not another area they’d be comfortable in sleeping in close enough to their parents. The back bathroom doesn’t have much counter space (but you can manage) and that shower is extremely powerful and sprays everywhere. After the first day no one used that shower. The owner Olga is so professional and friendly and makes certain that you’ll be comfortable. We had to call the managers the first night because there was no hot water and Anthony came out within 10 minutes to turn it on! We would highly recommend this home and would choose it again!

Regarding the beds; We started sharing our home on VRBO this year, so this is furniture we already had and every chance we get, we make changes. We will be changing 2 more double beds to queen size and we will be adding a twin with trundle (which I already have and need to take up their on our next visit) in the larger bedroom you mentioned. All this takes time and money. We appreciate your feedback and we hope you do visit again and hopefully by then we’ll have some changes made. The caretaker also mentioned you left the home in good condition and apologizes for not turning on the water heater properly, thank you. Olga

I grew up in the central valley not too far from this home in Fresno County. I have moved through out California since I was a very young adult. After living in the suburban area of Sacramento, my husband got relocated and we chose to be in the mountains away from the city life and raise our children here. This is our family home so it’s different from most typical short term rentals. You will see personal touches throughout the home. My husband got relocated again and we moved to the Bay Area in 2012 while still raising our 3 children. We wanted to keep our home, so after a few years we decided to offer it as a short term rental so people have a beautiful place to stay in while visiting our Yosemite area. We do stay in our home during the off peak season.

We absolutely fell in love with our home and the area. This became our family home. Fall is my favorite season here. The crisp air and low clouds is breathtaking. The winters are not too cold and we are at approx 2800 elevation. We get some snow on occasion starting in December but mostly in February and it’s not too much due to the elevation we are in, it’s just right. Spring is another beautiful season here as everything is green and wild flowers are blooming. The animals are coming out with their babies. We love the clear nights with the bright shiny stars that you cannot see as bright in the city. We love that our neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The community was established around 2005. We truly enjoy the natural setting of this home and area.

This neighborhood and our property is in a private and quiet setting. Being that our home is 2 miles uphill from HWY 41, we are close to many places. This property is close to Bass Lake, Chukchansi Gold Casino, Mariposa, Yosemite, Fresno & Madera.
