4 Houses from the Beach Ocean Views Great Location!!!

Welcome to Jak'z Sandbar beach house. We hope you enjoy your vacation and enjoy our home as much as we do. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath furnished townhouse sleeps 12 comfortably and is located only 4 houses from the beach. Jak'z Sandbar has an open and spacious family room perfect for the family to hang together. The view of the ocean from the front deck is beautiful and the deck has an awning to provide comfortable shade on those hot summer days.

Park your car for the week and walk everywhere !!!

Twelve (12) beach tags are provided. We also provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella & many kids sand toys for you to use. Please leave the twelve SEASON beach tags in the townhouse when you check-out. If you lose one of the provided beach tags, please purchase a new SEASON beach tag to replace the lost one.

Jak’z Sandbar is perfectly located in the North end of Sea Isle City with all of the shopping, entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. We are 500 ft from the beach and our unique location puts you close to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise. This is the perfect house for one or several families looking to enjoy gorgeous Sea Isle City.

One block to the North is Pirate Island Miniature Golf which offers 18 holes that take you on a journey through theme-park like attractions of animated pirates, caves, waterfalls, suspension bridges, and pirate ships - a unique adventure for all ages!

One block to the East is the Promenade, which has shops, eateries, arcades and many places to sit and enjoy.

Five blocks (8 minute walk) to the south is Excursion Park, where you can enjoy Free Music in the Park, Free Classic & Family Movies Under the Stars, the Farmers Market, Acoustic Open Mic Night and so much more.

This spacious townhouse is a great choice for your family vacation. When you enter the home on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and one full bath. Up the steps to the 2nd floor you will enter the open and spacious family room, dining area and kitchen. The family room has a gas fireplace for you to enjoy on those cooler nights. Down the hallway is the third bedroom and another full bath. Up the steps to the third floor, you will find a beautiful master suite with a private full bath and a large walk in closet. The master suite has its own private deck with a fantastic view of the Bay.

Jak'z Sandbar also has a vinyl fenced in yard (however, sorry no pets are allowed) and an outside private shower for after the beach.

Don’t want to miss out on your favorite shows? No need to worry, 5 flat screen TV’s with complimentary cable and high speed internet and WIFI access is all for you to enjoy. NETFLIX is also available for free in the Large Family Room. Just tell the remote "NETFLIX" and it will take you there where thousands of movies and TV shows are available for free.

Great vacation spot and host

Upon checking in upstairs smoke detector was chirping, reached out to Joe, within 45 min his maintenance guy was at the house to replace battery. Thank you for a wonderful weekend get away. Will rent this home again!

Literally one block to the beach... loved the house —came with beach chairs and tags. Nice deck with chairs and an ocean view. Kitchen fully stocked. Owner was quick to respond for any questions/needs highly recommend!

Super Shore Gem

Our stay was a last minute short but sweet getaway. We were so lucky to find such a super gem when we did. Sea Isle City is always a prime beach choice and Jak’z will now be a prime choice for us to stay. Location couldn’t be any better! The property has all the amenities one would need including all the beach items for adults and kids alike.

Well appointed, just as advertised!

House is just as described. The owner was welcoming and communicative. Everything was almost perfect! Lots of things you forget when cooking were there, spices, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. So it made it so much easier! Beds were super comfortable. Including beach tags and beach chairs was a really nice touch. Overall, a great rental! Thank you Joe and family for the great house (and super weather during our stay!)

Great House and Host = A Place to Visit Again

Rented Jak'z Sandbar for a guys golf weekend. Joe the host was super easy to work with and the communication could not have been better. A big plus. House was exactly as advertised. Clean and by all appearance well stocked with necessary kitchen supplies (although as with guys we didn't use more than a few glasses). House even had enough starter supplies by way of dish detergent and trash bags which is always appreciated. Nice main living room with a large screen TV. The large outdoor table on the covered deck/balcony made for a good gathering area for a few drinks as we recapped the days rounds. The house had a very convenient albiet small private back yard with a bright light which was the ideal spot for a quick corn hole tournament at night (we didn't mind the shorter throwing distance). Conveniently located within walking distance to WaWa and a few restaurants. Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown for more restaurants and night life. For breakfast, highly recommend Mrs. Brizzle's Bun for bagel sandwiches, biscotti and coffee. Definitely recommend working with Joe and renting his place. Hope to do so again myself. Jak's Sandbar was beautiful and clean. The house is even better than the pictures. Great host as well - Joe was very communicative and great to deal with. We had an amazing time - great host, great home, and spectacular weather for our girls weekend! Thank you!!!

Great Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our girls weekend! The house was amazing and so close to the beach. The owner was very communicative and knowledgeable about the property and Sea Isle itself. It was fabulous ! Even though it was chilly, we did spend some time on the beach, which was so picturesque. Overall the whole experience was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

Our sons first birthday weekend getaway

We stayed in sea isle for the weekend to enjoy our sons first birthday ! We woke for the sunrise on the beach both days, went to the cape May zoo, and had kohrs custard with our son for the first time in Cape May.

Great House

House was great. Perfect set up for two families. We had 9 people but could easily fit more. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super close to the beach, made heading home for the restroom easy. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Joe made the process easy and informative, we didn't go into it not knowing all the details about the house. He was very responsive to any communication. We would stay again!

Great place for families

The property owner couldn't be more accommodating. The house was big enough for extended family members. So close to the beach which was a huge plus. Great canopy on front deck which really made the difference on super hot days. Steps away from coffee shops, pizza spots and novelty shops. Would definitely recommend this vacation home.

GREAT LOCATION!!!

Stayed over Thanksgiving for a long weekend with family. Place was immaculate and spacious. Really close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We were also able to walk to the park for the Christmas Tree lighting festivities. Will definitely rent this place again!!!

This house was beautiful and Joe was an outstanding host! He answered all of my questions within minutes and made my group and I feel very welcomed. The house is big enough for a large group to stay comfortably and is in a perfect location ... not to mention it is absolutely gorgeous! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Everything was perfect. I found the owner to be very responsive, helpful and considerate. This home is immaculate and provides many amenities including beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and Wifi. It is within close walking distance to the beach as well as many stores, restaurants and Wawa. To top it all off, there is a perfect ocean view from the deck. We will definitely be staying again.
