Great condo with excellent access to the canyons and Salt Lake City! Enjoyed the space, hot tub and gas grill for BBQing. The team even worked extra hard to allow us an early entry as we landed in SLC early! Thank you!
Some of the hilights were relaxing in the hot tub and the soft, comfy bedsheets. Coming home to the verbo from my Nationals Archery Tournement was a nice transition, and on our free day my mom and I went up to a ski resort not to far away.There are multiple nice ones you can go to. We enjoyed this 4 level condo! It was emaculate, bedrooms with beautiful beddings and baths. The location is very close for big and little cottonwood canyons. Great mountain biking in Draper. Use of the garage to store bikes is great! Close to Smith grocery store. Enjoyed cooking in and using the BBQ next to the hot tub. Private backyard up against a hill. Heavy suitcases up the 4 levels would not be fun but more the reason to travel light!!! Wonderful condo, highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for our ski week in Utah! So close to the mountains, such a cozy welcoming condo and Jennifer was super helpful and communicative. We'd love to stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The hot tub is very large and clean. The location is great, so close to downtown and the airport while having quick access to the mountains and ski areas. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was nice to be able to walk to coffee shop and restaurants. There are lots of stairs so may not be suitable for all ages. I highly recommend staying here. We plan to stay again.

Great for the price. Very close (walking distance down a hill) to several restaurants/bars and a ski rental shop. The loft was suitable for 1 adult for a couple nights but as the listing accurately describes, it's not a full bedroom like the other 2. Otherwise hottub worked great and house was perfect for a ski trip.

We appreciate you mentioning the loft space as well. For future guests, the loft includes a full closet and a daybed with two twin beds, which works well for one or two guests comfortable sleeping on separate single beds. It is open to the lower-level living room.

The location is perfect...easy to get to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude within 20 minutes or so and Park City resorts within 45 minutes. We are glad you liked the large, newer Bullfrog hot tub too! It was of the best features of the condo....the privacy (backing up to open mountain space) is wonderful too!
Condo is very comfortable, located perfectly for access to the canyons. I’ve stayed here for years and I love it. Jennifer is fantastic, incredibly responsive. The condo is stocked with everything you need.

My college girlfriends & I wanted to get away to the mountains for some R&R this summer, and the condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean and as listed. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great. And the instructions from the host were very easy to follow. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.
Our stay was amazing. Jennifer is the most thorough person of contact I have ever had at a VRBO before. Great communication and offers suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc. This was my first time in Salt Lake City and when I come back I would definitely stay here again! Loved the hot tub too!!

Super clean, well stocked kitchen, great location, close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for summer drives up the mountains.. Hot tub a bonus. Perfect for our needs. Easy to check in/out, host available by phone or email.

This property was exactly as described and perfect for us!
This was a perfect home away from home for us! We wanted to cook and hang out and it met all of our needs. It was super clean and well laid out with a lovely outdoor space. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed for cooking for a family. We are hoping to book it again for next trip!

Overall, condo has a great layout with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, there was high-speed internet which was helpful when I was working remotely, and nice outdoor hot tub which was great after a day in the mountains. Excellent communication with the owners and checking in/out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this condo and its location to big and little cottonwood canyon and the several restaurants in the area.

It’s such a great location and perfect for short term rentals as there is quite a bit of privacy around decks and hot tubs, easy walking access to Alpha coffee, Porcupine Pub & Eight Settlers Distillery. Many of our guests asks about our mattresses as they are very high end (we want to be comfortable when we travel so we added that same beds we have in our home). Had a great vacation at this rental. It was clean, convenient to many areas to visit, and we were even given tips on places to eat! The bed was wonderful and loved both the jetted tub inside and the hot tub outside. Even got a little exercise getting up to the bedroom everyday- lol. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was a wonderful host.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at our property! I am a Utah real estate broker and property manager and my husband is a builder/developer/GC. We have a 10 year old daughter, Avery. We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable and of course, MORE FUN!!! Why they chose this property
Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights). This is very important as there are many renting illegally and they could be shut down by the city at any time.
What makes this property unique
This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores (Smith's, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's) and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports.
There are several things that set our properties apart: We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow. Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently. Our rugs are laundered frequently as well. Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed. We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations. We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
