"Story By the Sea" is a stand alone house. Located behind the Hub30a on 30A towards the beach. This luxury furnished house offers 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath located in the exquisite community of Prominence, one of the hottest new luxury beach community on 30A.

You will fall in love with this newly furnished beach retreat, surrounded by white sandy beaches and sparkling Gulf waters. Featuring all the necessary comforts of home, you’ll enjoy access to in-unit laundry machines located on 2nd floor, 2 separate air conditioning, 65 inch TV in each room and 75 inch in living room all 4kHD flat-screen cable TVs, and wireless internet.
Approximately 3 miles from Aly’s beach and Rosemary beach. The same distance to Seaside and water colors beach too. This is great place for family of all ages.

We made our home perfect for families of all types. The kitchen is a cooks heaven. All new GE appliances where you will have everything you need from top of the line cookware to all other essentials needed for your stay. The open living and dinning areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel. Wet Bar with an Ice maker for ample of ice to enjoy cold drinks and to show off your mixology expertise. An Exquisite large dining room table that can seat up to 6 people. Sit and relax after a long day at the beach on our bright and comfortable living room, and watch your favorite movie on the 75" TV from Netflix, Apple TV or any online streaming. Take advantage of our cable from ESPN to local channels.

we offer 2 master bedrooms. the First Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a large private bath. The second master bedroom feature another King size bed with Full private bath. The 3rd Bedroom features queen bed size and an exit to a huge Balcony to retreat and relax. The 4th bedroom is kids fun room furnished with full over full bunk with a trundle. This full bed can fit 2 youth on each and the trundle is a twin size bed. all bedrooms have TV's and top of the line mattresses. "Story By The Sea" has easy access to the beach, either by Golf Cart, Bicycles or a free shuttle. Golf Cart and Bicycles are included. You will enjoy the finest beaches on 30A surrounded by scenic dunes, and breathtaking beauty of Deer Lake Park beach access. Prominence also offers a resort style 5000 sq ft. pool, with cabanas, showers, fitness center and a covered bbq area with tables and seats.

Across from the home is the HUB ( I encourage you to check the website. The HUB is a great venue for folks of all ages and is super kid friendly. the food is amazing and there is something for everyone. Local bands play weekly and kids and adults movies are shown during the week. Story By The Sea's location is 5 minutes from Seaside and 5 minutes for Alys Beach and Rosemary.

Beach Access to the West:

Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either. However, we provided all you need in the house to take on with you.

Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.

Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Beach Access to the East:

Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.

Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
