This was my second stay here, and it was just as lovely as the first. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay. I’ve really enjoyed both visits and would absolutely stay again!

Second time staying at this property, we enjoy Indian River and being able to dock our boat right at the house for easy access onto the river. Our only issue was no air conditioning during our stay with 92 degree days

Great Stay

Stayed for a fishing tournament. Great location, boat and truck fit perfectly in the driveway. Kids enjoyed the house and outdoor area. Neighbors were very nice. Would absolutely stay again.

Indian River canal front

Very cute place on the canal. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and they even had some laudry detergent. Location was excellent. It was close to town and Indian River Marina.

Nice place .

We enjoyed our stay loved the porch and watching boats go by on river which was 4 houses down . Comfy furniture and bed . The inside was very clean also liked cable tv . Also pet friendly very important!

Exactly as listed

The listing was relaxing and in a perfect location if you desire to bring a boat. To top things off, the neighbors are super friendly which was nice! I’d definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is exactly what the pictures show. It was clean, has comfortable beds, nicely updated bathrooms and had everything we needed. Docking space was plenty for a 24ft tritoon. Loved having easy access to the boat. Kris responded quickly to questions. The neighbors were also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

We had a great stay, convenient location on a canal between Mullet Lake and, Burt Lake, literally seconds to Indian River. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to take our dog (wonderful to find such a nice pet friendly place). Kris was a pleasant to work with.

Great location

Great stay and location, with easy access to Burt or Mullet Lakes. We brought 99% of our own items: food, detergent, pillows, plates, garbage bags etc. Wish there would have been better cooking utensils, pots and pans and a vacuum.

Really enjoyed our stay great area for boating, fishing, eating, and shopping. Canel provides excellent protection for your boat and has easy access to Burt Lake, Mullet Lake and beyond. Interior house cleaning was excellent. Dwelling could use a little handyman help in inside (light above vanity missing, toilet seats lose (we tightened), etc. Outside needs some cleaning but is very nice.
