Welcome to our 3 bed/2/5 bath northern Michigan Vacation rental! The home sleeps up to 7 and is near wonderful outdoor recreation fun with nearby access to Mullett Lake. Trails for snowmobiling, ATVs, and hiking, plus the Sturgeon and Pigeon rivers, await. Boyne Highland and Nubs Nob are about 30 minutes away, and Mackinac Island and the Mackinac Bridge are great day trips. Afterwards, relax around the fire pit.
Bedrooms: (#1) Queen; (#2) Bunk w/Double lower and Twin upper; (#3) 2 Twins.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is very convenient to the Indian River and Mullet Lake. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We appreciate the A/C after being out in the sun on the water all day. We rent a couple of boat slips at the Landings resort when we stay here. It is a 5 minute walk to the boats. Communicating with the management is quick and easy.

The house is conveniently located in Indian River close to town. The host communicated well and when we added an extra day - responded quickly and graciously added the extra day for us. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not eat any meals except breakfast but appreciated the cleanliness and items we did need. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog who is a service dog and well trained, but I understand allowing dogs is a huge burden for rentals. Our only complaint was the beds were not the most comfortable in the master and the second room. They were very soft and the mattresses squeaked every time anyone moved. Other than that the house was clean and great for what we needed.

The property is an old manufactured home. In 3 spots, the sub flooring is caving in, creating a dip in the floor. Furniture is old and worn. Kitchen chair cushions are stained and dirty. Master bedroom queen bed mattress is worn and bed creaks when you move in it. Carpet is very worn. Poorly stocked. A sliver of soap to shower with. Grass does not appear to have been mowed in a few weeks and lots of bugs, mosquitos, etc. whenever we went outside. The trash cans were completely full from prior guests when we arrived on Sunday and trash pick up not until Tuesday. AC works, but house took several hours to cool. Communication with the host was good. Our experience was sub par and our friends offered to host us when they realized the condition of our rental. We only ended up staying one night instead of three. Overall not up to our standards. Not worth the money.

Nice property

Stayed here for a couple nights while we traveled to the UP. Went to Mackinac Island and saw the Lilac Parade. This was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous place to relax and unwind

This place is everything we wanted it to be. Large yard for dogs (2) and home very nicely supplied and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
