ABOUT THE SPACE

Relax and enjoy absolutely breathtaking unobstructed panoramic views of the sparkling emerald Gulf and white-sand beaches of Miramar Beach from this 16th story chic seaside luxury condo!

This 3 bed / 3 bath condo features a lock-off bedroom with its own kitchenette, full ensuite bathroom, and private balcony featuring an absolutely breathtaking unobstructed panoramic view of The Gulf!

BEDROOM & BATH

The Master bedroom is furnished with a king-size mattress overlooking the Gulf with views from the very pillow of the bed as you awake each and every morning! The master has a 42" flat screen TV, en suite vanity area, large 8' walk-in closet & dresser for clothing, and a floor-to-ceiling sliding patio door that walks out onto the expansive wraparound patio.

The extremely elegant master bathroom features a large tiled budded-glass shower w/ bench with glass-lined ceiling inlay.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two full-size mattresses, flat screen tv, closet, and its own floor-to-ceiling sliding patio door walking directly out onto the expansive wraparound patio. The guest full bathroom also has a large tiled stand up budded-glass shower w/ a footrest.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for absolutely breathtaking views of the Gulf. It’s furnished with a very comfortable L-couch that seats up to five, two leather wing chairs with impressive views of the Gulf, three bar counter height bar stools, and four dining chairs around the dining table.

The walk-through kitchen is fully stocked and not only has plenty of cabinet space for storage but also boasts a four cabinet pantry w/ full-size refrigerator so there will be plenty of space for all of your groceries! The walk-through kitchen helps provide unparalleled ease of movement through the condo.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Surfside is a beach side resort with 16 stories of luxury condos. On-site there is everything from multiple cabanas around the resort and on the beach with food & drinks, large heated pools with multiple hot tubs. From the pool deck there is a sky-walk that takes you over the street and directly onto the beach.

Beach set-ups are available for a small fee consisting of two chairs and an umbrella to be set up each morning and broken down about 5:30pm to clear the beach for evening sunset photos.

*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
