About this property

Beach Pit

This retro house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard.  

There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are a civil servant and stay at home mom who decided to take a risk and buy a house on the Island. We love managing the property ourselves. When you contact us, you aren't talking to a random person at a management company. You are speaking directly to the owners.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be closer to the beach than even the "beach front" condos, but we didn't want to hike up flights of stairs with our small kids and supplies. We wanted a fenced backyard, and we also wanted something "cool". It took us a while to find what we were looking for, but we're glad we waited!
