We are situated on a hill 1/2 a mile from Sugarbush Resort with breathtaking views of the mountain. The house is well appointed and ready to be your home away from home. We can accommodate up to 11 people in beds!

Warren/Waitsfield are two neighboring towns with lots to do and many wonderful places to eat. Swim in the Mad River or at Blueberry Lake, hike along the Long trail, take a chairlift ride up Lincoln peak or enjoy a beautiful round of golf at the Sugarbush Golf Course. The Bridges Resort has a world-renowned tennis program, offers many fitness classes and has a pool, should you have small children.

We love to cook and so the kitchen is well appointed with high quality pans, chefs tools and even good knives! The Store, in downtown Waitsfield, is a fabulous kitchen and antique shop that also hosts cooking classes. And, Taste of the Valley has the most amazing cheese selection around and their staff is always willing to share their favorites. If you appreciate food the way we do, you will really enjoy all this area has to offer.

Our home was remodeled in 2014 and has four levels that includes a bathroom on each floor. The main floor has a bedroom with a 3/4 bathroom, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The second floor has the master bedroom and what we call the "kids" room, although adults enjoy it, too! That floor has a shared bathroom with an oversized tub with subway tile surround, heated floors and a marble-topped sink. The third floor is home to the sleeping loft, which has 4 twin beds and a small bathroom. In the basement, there is another full bathroom, laundry and ping pong table. During the summer, guests will want to spend lots of time out on our wraparound deck that overlooks the mountain. You may even get lucky enough to see some wildlife from the comfort of our deck.

We hope that you will love our home as much as we do and will appreciate it being left in the same condition in which it is found. We do not permit smoking anywhere on the premises and guests under 21 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Renter is liable for any damage to the property, should any occur during the stay. We do not permit parties on the property and please, no more overnight guests than can be accommodated in beds (which is 11).

Price is negotiable for parties of 2 or fewer people. We are not taking seasonal rentals at this time. Please note that there is a security camera outside the house that has a view of the driveway and walkway. There are no security cameras inside.
