The space
The HAUS is so comfy for everyone to include children. Yes, the home is very kid friendly and has child proof safety amenities as well. You will also have access to the best technology, appliances and accessories anyone will need.

Guest access
Guest can utilize FREE WIFI, printer and a PERSONAL GYM in the home. Dishes and silverware, towels, a BBQ grill and the enjoyment of a home that has it all.

Maid service included and now currently a $150 for 8 or more Guest incidental fee that is totally refundable upon guest's check out if there are no damages or neighbor complaints.

Interaction with guests
I will accommodate ALL guests questions and concerns within hour of messaging host. I will also try to provide any special request of our guest Comfort, Clean and respecting the neighbors are my priority.

Other things to note
There is a Walmart less than 10 minutes away, restaurants of all cuisines, plenty of shopping malls and department stores within 20 minutes of the property. Washer & Dryer on premises.
