Clean, comfortable, quiet, and short walk to the soft sandy beach. It would have been nice to have some beach gear available to us, such as chairs and umbrella. But other than that, it was a great experience. We would stay here again.

It was a very nice house. We enjoyed the spacious rooms. The balcony needs some upkeep, paint and nails coming up from the boards.Simple things like inadequate toilet paper and carrying towels from downstairs to the upstairs would have made it a little more pleasant.We really did enjoy the house.

We are so glad to hear that the guests enjoyed their stay at our house. ​It is included within our listing notes that the cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic starter necessities (such as toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher or laundry soap), and guests are advised to bring additional supplies if needed. Additionally, the cleaners place all towels in a single location to make them easier to keep track of.​ Guests are able to disperse them throughout the house as needed.

Property was generally clean, upon arrival. Plenty of bedspace for large parties.Amenities inside are generally very modern.Supplies provided were enough for my very small party,Communication with the management company was fairly easy, and very prompt.Spa operation was fairly easy, and as described in instructions. Did not use the pool.Beach Access could be reached in 2 different directions from property: walk-on access about 1,000 ft. in 1 direction, and drive-on beach access about 1,000 ft. in the other.Property was slightly overgrown on the walkway near the entrance. Could use a little trimming.Did not have a pet with me, so I cannot comment on that.Overall through, the stay was very enjoyable, and would stay again in the future.

I was a little concerned about being across the street from the beach. But the access and location was actually pretty great and easy. The house was the perfect size for us. The grandboys loved the pool. Would stay again

We had an excellent stay. The house was clean and spacious. The pool is a great size and was clean. Easy walk to the beach. The house has all the kitchen items you would need but I do recommend bringing any additional games you might enjoy as a family as well as any beach/pool accessories you would want.

Very attentive hosts!!! Property was clean and had nice decor. Short walk to the beach! Lots of dining choices nearby. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Do bring your own shampoo and soap! The view of the ocean was nice while sitting on the deck. The pool and hot tub were great! Even though we didn’t heat the pool it was refreshing in November. We’d stay there again!

Wonderful house, great location. I loved being able to see the ocean from the upper porch. Walking to the beach was easy and we enjoyed a nearly empty beach every time we went. Also loved having a pool on property. Downtown St. Augustine is an easy drive. Great communication with host. Would love to stay here again! Very relaxing, comfortable stay.

Great Location and House!

Two separate kitchens with separate living quarters made for an enjoyable stay. The outside area with pool and chairs was well set up for the kids to enjoy. Great Location !David and Patti were very prompt in answering all questions. Hope to stay again!
