Costa Blanca er en charmerende, bi-niveau penthouse beliggende i den mest ønskede del af Puerto Aventuras - højre på de vigtigste strand og kun få skridt væk fra de mange spændende butikker, restauranter og aktiviteter, som denne fornemme udvej samfund har at tilbyde. Golf, tennis, dybhavsfiskeri, dykning og parasailing er blot et par måder at nyde dig selv, for dem, der blot vælger at hvile, er der et hvidt pulver strand vasket ved den rolige, turkise vand i Det Caribiske Hav ... The beach view was excellent. We didn’t have great weather but we still enjoyed our stay! Great communication with the owner and property manager and easy check in/out.

Wonderful experience.

When we arrived there was trouble with the key to the unit, the problem was quickly addressed and resolved. We loved every aspect of our stay. We all enjoyed the beach, the atmosphere around the square and our location was prime.

Fantastic!

Excellent property right on the beach. Super clean with great upgrades and all the amenities. Plenty of room for our family of four with older teen kids. Location is awesome. Both the host and local property manager were very communicative and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Book with confidence.

Excellent location

The condo is right on the beach on the top floor of the building so you get nice views of the beach and water from the large balcony area. The unit is clean and nice. Kids slept down stairs and we had our own room on the top level, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Mediocre

The condo was not as great as other reviews claimed. The complex is okay but not great; mediocre restaurants and a few trinket shops. The location is between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, but not convenient to either. Nice beach.

Great property. Right on the water. Beach was easy to swim in and the cabanas were nice to relax in. Condo was clean and everything worked great. Would stay there again!

Wonderful time!

From start to finish we enjoyed our stay at Puerto Aventuras! The community is beautiful and clean and the people are incredibly friendly. We have two young children and we felt like it was a very safe environment for them the entire time. The gated community created a sense of security that allowed us to relax and not feel like we had to be helicopter parents. The ocean is calm and full of life and ideal for young snorkelers. Around the marina area there are plenty of activities, live music, and restaurants for families yet is also nice and quiet. The condo was nice and clean and the host was great at communication. We would definitely recommend this destination and would love to come back!

Perfection

The experience, from initial inquiry to our final day was easy, smooth, enjoyable, and beautiful. Prior to arriving, Roman answered every question immediately and was so kind and thoughtful. We received a lovely email from Gina, the local contact, with page after page of advice, attractions, restaurants, and activities. This same list was printed out in the condo, which was nice. The condo was spotless, nicely decorated, and everything worked perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again, and will.

Wonderful Property

Just spent 1 glorious week at your property. The condo was perfect - roomy, nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything you could need. What really separates this property is the location, specifically the beautiful beach and spectacular ocean. The ocean here is amazing. Turquoise blue and so calm. And no seaweed, like so many beaches in Riviera Maya. Just gorgeous. Beach area is quiet with plenty of beach lounges and shady palapas. The pool is wonderful too. The little town area is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Just a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Great Location

We enjoyed our time in Puerto Aventura and we were in the heart of the town. Easy walking distance to anything we wanted…entertainment, dining, necessities. The property was clean, well-stocked linens, kitchen, and had a great view.

Entire experience exceeded our expectations unfortunately the dolphin kept in inhumane conditions in a pool surrounding the entire community really dampened our enjoyment.

Paradise

We are a family of 4 that have normally done the all inclusive thing which we also love but the Condo and location at Chac Hal Al has us working on plans to return. It’s much quieter No lineups and the people that live and vacation there are some of the best. We were lucky enough to visit multiple condos of different owners and they all appear to have there own different layouts and design which is cool. Our condo provided more than enough room for our family of 4. We only used the massive spare bedroom for suitcases and things like that as our young children stayed upstairs with us in a playpen and the other on a separate mattress. Lots of room. The beach was amazing along with the water and your a few steps from it and the pool which we had to ourselves so many days. I can’t say enough good about this property. My only word of caution is that some people that live in some of the units feed the wildlife which creates raccoons hanging around that startled us a couple times on the stairs and other common areas. It’s manageable but if you have little kids just be aware of it at night. We will return.

Magnificent Bay view condo

This condo is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of one of the oceanside units of the Chac Hal Al complex, giving you a lovely view of this truely magnificent bay, this time with no sargasso. Perfect white fine sand beach for walking from end to end. You can see the marina boats go in and out on both ends of the bay, and weekends you have the small sailboats coming out, as well as the larger beautiful sail and cruise boats, and the fishing boats. It is a perfect calm bay for swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. One of the advantages of these Chac Hal Al condos is the proximity to both the marina restaurants and the canals where the boats are anchored, and where one can walk for kilometers viewing all the activity. We find the whole resort fascinating, and Roman's condo especially well placed. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely sand beach area, with shade palapas to lounge under, and beautifully kept grounds. Staff are very pleasant and helpful with most any of your needs. The condo itself is comfortable, not that you will spend a lot of time in it! Weather was wonderful, so most of the time one spends outside. There is a farmer's market twice a week so many of your grocery fresh food needs are met there, plus there is a large supermarket right across the hwy., and several small shops with food supplies in the resort itself. One doesn't really need a car to be quite happy in Puerto Aventuras. Thank you Roman for sharing your condo. We will be back.

6 days in paradise.

The condo was clean and quiet. The washing machine was not working; however the cleaning people did our laundry very quickly. The downstairs shower had no water pressure. We did arrive just days after hurricane Grace; lots of clean up going on while we were there. The view from the balcony was very nice. The beach was clean and quiet. Would stay here again!

Perfectly wonderful

This rental is in a special location right on the beach. You can open the downstairs sliding glass door and sit out on the deck looking out at the Sandy Beach area and see the waves crashing in. You can open your upstairs window at night and hear the sound of the ocean all night. You are about three minutes away from the downtown Marina area where you can eat lunch and dinner, go to shops and bakeries. The dolphin discovery Area is right there surrounding those shops. This is a two level condo located on the third floor. It was very comfortable for our family of five. All of Puerto Aventuras is very nice quaint part of Mexico. You can rent golf carts and see the entire area in a couple hours. You can rent bicycles for about $10 a day and bike around that the roads. Gina, who helps Roman manage the condo, is very knowledgeable and offers great insight on activities around the town. You can snorkel, rent stand up paddle boards, or kayaks. You can also just choose to lay in the beach chairs or go swimming in the swimming pool. While we were there, the northern winds were blowing and people came to kite surf. You can stroll the beach for walks taking in the ocean breeze and the families enjoying their vacations. Don’t hesitate for a moment to book your visit there. We hope to return time and time again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Being right on the beach was beautiful. The condo was very spacious. We were very lucky to have booked Roman’s place. Puerto Aventuras is such a gem...beautiful, quiet, safe. The beach was not crowded at all. Loved it!

Wonderful condo

This property was ideal for us. Great location, just the right lay out on two floors and very nice quality. We'll definitely consider renting this condo again when we return to Puerto Aventuras!
