Excellent holiday home

Our second rental from TMI and Lesley and team are highly recommended. We had a problem with the original home that we booked as the A/C unit broke down but Lesley was able to find us a choice of alternative homes in the same area. House was well equipped and we were able to cook in several times. We stayed for 4 weeks and the weather was great,albeit a bit too hot at times! We'll definitely hope to go back and maybe a much longer stay next time.

Relaxing

We had a very nice time. I would recommend suppling more beach chairs that are sturdier and a cooler for the beach. The air conditioning was warmer than our family would prefer. However, overall we would stay there again.

Hi Barbara Thanks for review. We always strive for 5 stars so if you had let me know you needed some more beach chairs, we could have got for you Also, the ac note in book is only a suggestion - you could have lowered it for your comfort - glad though you would stay here again

Beautiful location

Hi Leslie, We loved our stay even with the bad weather. We enjoyed the house, although it’s obvious they haven’t done anything to upgrade it. Thank you for having some of the Cubboards repaired. They could use better cookware. Especially since we rented for a month. However, it’s an ideal location. Thank you for the quick response to any problems. I would continue to rent from you any time!

Good location

Location is Great. Easy walk to mansota beach. Pool area nice. Didnt use grill we were afraid of snakes living under cement where grills were located. Carpets need to go in bedrooms, very stained and dead bugs in corners and closets and behind beds. Dog hair or cat hair on furniture and beds. Had to rewash all bedding and towels they had a sour smell to them and were dirty on 2 of the beds. Sliding doors need to be cleaned so they slide better. Could be an awesome place to stay just needs some TLC.

Lovely and Private

Wonderful time with family in this clean, bright, well-appointed home. Large bird-caged pool, privacy fences, even 3 rabbits in the yard that entertained us as we swam! Near the beaches, restaurants and shops. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Large house in a great location near the beach

We (5 adults) stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. First, the positive: -The location is absolutely top -Quiet little street -Short walk (10 minutes) to the beach, -Large villa with several rooms and bathrooms -Fast Internet -Large and deep pool with mosquito grid -Beach utensils available -Turtle Franklin, who visits regularly But there are also some negative things: -The house is already getting a bit old, as you can tell from the old electric appliances (dishwasher does not clean properly) and the general condition of the house. Some sliding doors to the terrace, for example, were difficult or impossible to open. -The pool can only be heated on request. This should cost $125 extra per week! -The terrace furniture was severely worn out and partially damaged. After all, Lesley had 4 chairs delivered at my request. Thanks again for that! -Unmaintained property. The driveway is actually intended as a roundabout, but cannot be used, as one half is quite overgrown and the car would be damaged. Despite everything, we felt comfortable all around and enjoyed the holiday! We would book the house again because of the location! However, a complete maintenance and renovation would do the house good!

Great location.

Property is in great location very close to Manasota and Blind Pass beaches where we spent much of our time. The size of the house accommodated our large group well. Our only complaints were that a few of the beds were not very comfortable and the dishwasher didn't work very well. You had to pretty much fully wash all of your dishes before loading them in the dishwasher.

Love Lemon Avenue location

Spacious home with great sunlight and nice pool. We stayed there 3 months. Quiet street, private yard, and easy access to walk to beach. Very nice and responsive property manager, Leslie. Nice living room and master bedroom furniture. Appliances worked well and its great having a washer and dryer to use. It could be even nicer with better patio table & chairs, and replacing the old, worn and very stained carpet in bedrooms. The pool deck could use a good power washing. We experienced alot of millipedes the entire stay, both inside and outside, that apparently are in the area this year for some reason. We live Manasota Beach area.

GREAT week!

This house was an amazing, relaxing getaway for our family! The pool area was fantastic for hosting evening dinners with nearby extended family. The house was spacious and clean - our own private oasis. We enjoyed walking to the beach to watch the sunset. Thanks for having us!

Hidden Gem

This awesome property was much more than expected. Plenty of room for a family of 6-8. The pictures online need some updating as most of the furniture is new. The house is only a 10 min walk to a quiet beach for sunbathing, fishing and shark tooth hunting. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Found this property for summertime family vacay with grandchildren. Reservation was simple and host was attentive to our families needs throughout our stay....home was spacious and just what was heeded. In close proximity to beaches and restaurants.

Great house, great location, great vacation!

Nice big house that accommodates large family. Close to the beach that we walked to every morning and saw beautiful sunset in the evenings. We enjoyed large heated pool. Venice is only 15-20 min drive with lots of cafe, boutiques, restaurants and parks. Everything was great and we had a lot of fun! Leslie, who rented us house was very responsive and accommodating to your needs. We do recommend this house for your vacation!
