Una bella casa in Florida vicino alla spiaggia Manasota ea breve distanza di una vasta gamma di negozi, ristoranti e campi da golf.

Si tratta di una casa arredata con gusto in stile tipico della Florida, con tutte le strutture che hai bisogno di una vacanza perfetta. Come si entra nella casa attraverso il foyer pilastri si ha una vista della zona di famiglia open space con grande TV, lettore DVD e un tavolino. C'è anche un salotto in più che ha 2 divani e un tavolino da caffè che si affaccia sulla piscina appartata attraverso le grandi porte finestre sul ponte. A destra si trova la sala da pranzo, che è perfetto per intrattenere e comodamente ospitare 6.

La zona cucina ben fornita è aperta ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici moderni. Vi è anche una zona colazione informale pranzo con tavolo e sedie con vista sulla piscina privata.

La camera da letto è grande con un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadi e arredi belli, c'è un grande bagno con cabina doccia e vasca con una doppia vanità. La camera da letto beneficia anche di un ingresso privato alla piscina

Vi è una camera da letto un'ulteriore en-suite, che ha un letto matrimoniale e una cabina doccia con un ingresso privato alla piscina. Ci sono altre due camere doppie che condividono sia il terzo bagno completo. Ogni camera dispone di grandi armadi e arredi bella

Il ripostiglio è una lavatrice e asciugatrice e conduce fino al garage 2 auto.

La piscina è grande ed è perfetto per l'esterno da pranzo. C'è un tavolo e 8 posti a sedere insieme ad un barbecue a gas. Ci sono anche sdraio per godersi il fantastico sole della Florida.

La struttura vanta ampi giardini sia per la parte anteriore e posteriore, che sono delimitato da arbusti e alberi maturi che dà sia la privacy e una splendida vista dalla piscina.

La villa ha internet ad alta velocità in dotazione e chiamate gratuite all'interno degli Stati Uniti e Canada

Questa perfetta casa in Florida, in una posizione eccellente, vicino alla spiaggia incontaminata Manasota, farà in modo di avere una grande vacanza.

Great to be back

It was our second trip at this rental. Thank goodness for the heated pool because several local beaches were closed due to storm damage and everyone flocked to Manasota beach. Impossible to park after 8:00 am. That was the only downside to a month of perfect weather. The house is large and comfortable. I love that everyone has their privacy if wanted. The host was extremely attentive and responsive to any issues that came up.

Good location

Overall our experience was good. One issue on arrival smoke detector was beeping. Called property manager and they were out of town but the property owner was able to get someone over within an hour to fix. House was clean and had plenty of supplies. Beds were not comfortable. If the beds were better this place would have been 5 stars but since getting good sleep on a vacation in very important it brings the rating down for meThanks

Excellent facilities and location

We stayed in this property in early April and were delighted with all aspects of the vacation. The property is beautifully appointed and located close to beaches and other amenities. Wonderful!

Great house and wonderful location!

My husband and I rented the house for the month of January. Several of our family members visited throughout the month. The house was clean, well equipped and located in a very desirable area. The owner was great at communicating, making sure that we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home!

Everything is awesome!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. From kitchen supplies to beach towels, they had everything you might need. Steve always replied very quickly to questions or concerns. The location was great. It was a 4 minute drive to a beautiful local beach with free parking that is easy to find a spot in. So much beautiful tropical nature around the house. The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet. Restaurants and stores were very close by and accessible. I would definitely stay here again and thank you to Steve!

Paradise

I didn’t want to leave! The place is spacious, the beds were comfy and it was nice everyone had their own bathroom. The pool was a little green when we got there but the owner sent someone over immediately after I sent a text and it was clear within a day. It is located 5 minuets from beautiful Manasota Key Beach which is the best beach to find shark teeth and shells that I have ever been to.We had a lot of fun using the floating sand sifter and shell collector the owner provided.

South Venice 4th July

Everything went smooth and was very good. Communication with owner was alway easy and quick. One question would be on the cleaning crew as to how often they clean the floor because without socks or slippers our feet were black.

Nice place but needs updates

House was nice and clean but definitely needs some updates. Beds are horrible to sleep on and was left with one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. With seven people for seven days that will not do. Overall it was not a bad place to stay. The best part was being a couple miles from the beach.

Second time staying at property

PROPERTY IS NICE, HOWEVER THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND NOT ABLE TO REALLY SWIM, POOL COMPANY OUT 3 TIMES DURING WEEK, BUT STILL CLOUDY AND STUFF FLOATING IN WATER, VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME.

Beautiful home

If you like sleeping on hard beds, this is the house for you. We had to purchase a mattress topper to be able to sleep without pain. The dishes, silverware and glasses in kitchen all needed washed before we could use them. Other than that, the house was beautiful and Manasota beach is only 1.3 miles away. The pool was fantastic other than the solar cover that was rolled up outside of the pool was constantly shedding blue plastic bubbles into the pool. I would stay here again if the bed in the two master suites were better.

Wonderful December stay in Florida

The home was just as advertised. It is very spacious with a great master suite and lanai covered pool. We loved how the home has multiple doors that opened up to the lanai and allowed the great breezes and weather to flow into the house without the risk of any bugs. We had 8 people stay in the home and we had plenty of space. The backyard is very private and secluded which allowed our group to really use the pool without the feeling of being watched or putting others out. Steve, the owner, was very responsive before and during our stay. A couple of small issues were dealt with promptly and he spent time on the phone before going to answer questions. The house is only about 1.8 miles from Manasota Beach which is less busy than many others and has lots of shark teeth that the family enjoyed searching for. Overall a great experience and we miss the house already (after just a few days).

Let down with what was promised. Needs updates. Smelly towels.

We had a great other than having a dirty place, having to buy our own towels because the towels smelled horrible. Only 2 beach towels. Beach chairs were old. Floor was sticky and turned feet black. Pillows were flat and stained. Had to buy laundry soap also to wash the linens they ask you to wash. Tried to address this after with owner and all he gave was excuses instead of taking responsibility and saying we will try to make some changes and updates for the next guests. Place could be great if a couple updates were addressed.

owner accused us of having a dog

Owner accused us of having a dog on the property based on them finding a bone in one of the couches that we never even sat on. Traveled there for my nieces wedding with my wife, adult children, and with my parents. Owner kept my deposit and never responded to the fact that i assured him there were no dogs. His neighbors watch everything as I had some of my family over for a couple hours and was immediately called. Funny the neighbors were watching everything however; i don't recall him mentioning a dog when he called to complain that i had a few family members over. We are all adults and left the house as we found it. Which included some lights and switches that didn't work however i didn't complain as it was not a big deal. You may want to check out the house when you arrive and make them aware of everything that is wrong. Double check the couch cushions to make sure the people before didn't leave anything that he can charge you for.

Nice place close to the beach. Always document existing problems on arrival.

The house worked perfectly for us. Overall a very nice property. The pool area was dirty because screens were out from storm damage. No big deal we just washed down the padio and used the net to clean the pool. I paid for the heated pool and it wasn't working when we arrived. They got it working the next day but it took a day to catch up so we lost 2 days. Didn't ask for a refund. The one toilet had the back apart and the float valve stuck when you flushed it so I fixed it. Again no big deal. The reason I say be aware to document. We found stained towels and wash cloths. We went out and bought bleach and cleaned them the best we could so we could use them. Again no big deal. The problem was getting nit picked on little things we have no idea what they are talking about. Stained cups? Torn hand towel? Stains on counters? Whatever, I want to leave it like I got it, but when you get nit pick charges after you have them grace on the things it just doesn't sit well. I should have been messaging with every issue but I didn't I just handled it. They have a mistrust probably because of bad renters so cover yourself and document everything you find or you may get blamed for it.

Family Shark Tooth Hunt

The house was as advertised. It is spacious, well equipped, and clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host prior and after our visit was very good. We would not hesitate renting this property again when in the Venice Florida area.

Great Vacation

Just what we were looking for. This comfortable, large home was great for our family. Three generations celebrated our first vacation in three years. The pool was enjoyed by all and there was ample space for everyone to have their own space. Less than 3 mi. to the beach, stores and restraunts.

January vacation

I was surprised by the great location of the property. I was not familiar with the Venice area and to have Manasota Beach 2 miles down the road was awesome. Not to mention Manasota Keys, Englewood Beach and Boca Grande. And all the beaches in between that we never got to. I work in a very tourist town 10 months out of the year so my family and I really needed this. The quiet was essential for me. Thanks so much!
