Located just a few blocks away from both the beach and downtown Gulf Shores, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for an Alabama beach vacation with family and friends. The inviting, open floor plan allows for easy entertaining, and the kitchen includes new appliances, granite countertops, and bar area seating. The spacious and comfortable living room offers ample seating and a flat-screen TV, with WiFi also available throughout the house. Enjoy the beach breeze as you grill out, play a game of beach volleyball in the courtyard, or relax in your private cabana at the community pool! Family and friends will love sun tanning or swimming only a few steps away.

Nearby is the gorgeous white sandy beach of the Gulf Coast. Take a short walk to soak up the sun, look for seashells, and splash in the waves! The sunset views over the sparkling gulf waters are picture-perfect and will definitely allow for a "Mintal Escape." For a fun food & drink experience, your group should take a trip to the heart of Gulf Shores, only a few blocks away. Here you will find many restaurants, shops, and adventure opportunities! Some of the most popular attractions are the Hangout restaurant, Waterville USA, the zoo, and the Gulf State Pier.

Once you are ready to retire for the night, one of the two king bedrooms or the queen bedroom will surely meet your needs. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze first thing in the morning or the gorgeous sunset in the afternoon! Upstairs, the second king bedroom also offers a twin daybed for even more sleeping space. Both of these and the final queen bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodate up to 10 total guests. Whether it's suntanning, beach walking, gulf swimming, or pool relaxing, you are sure to find whatever you need on your Gulf Coast vacation at the Mintal Escape!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mintal Esacpe! The house is perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The sand volleyball court was also a great touch. My daughter absolutely loved having it right outside. The home is beautifully decorated with nice size bedrooms and living spaces. Every room even had its own private deck. I highly recommend this home!!

Week of softball fun!

The place was great. We had 3 families split the home. We were part of a softball team there for a week. We loved the outdoor space and location. It was in the middle of everything and we walked most places. Would stay again.

Perfect spot

My friends and I were looking for a spot that we could enjoy a quick vacation. At Mintal Escape, we were able to walk to nearly all the activities we wanted to do, and played a game of volleyball everyday before the beach. Whether you wanna stay in or go out, it’s a great spot for either! Would highly recommend.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was the perfect location. We came in a day early so we could get a beach day. The place was clean and walking distance to the beach and places to eat. We loved it and so did the kids. We will look to come back if we play there again.

This location was perfect because it was close to everything! Our boys LOVED the sand and Volleyball net in the back yard. The 4 balconies were an added bonus. The only negative is that the pool wasn’t allowing swimming and it wasn’t heated. But really a nice place!

Overall very nice property. Our only issue was the mosquito infestation coming from the kitchen sink. It literally filled every room. However we communicated with the owner and got the problem resolved. Hopefully it isnt a reoccurring issue for the property. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean and ready on time. Really enjoyed the stayed here. Would book again.

So much fun!

This condo was a blast for my family! Well stocked, beautiful, and much better than we ever expected. We had kids of all ages, and there was something for everyone to do! My only recommendation is that you update the rug and living room furniture - it was all pretty worn and dirty.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores! Property was easy to find with no problems checking in. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. Only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the property— furnishings looking a little worn and needs a good deep cleaning.
