Good things first; the place is definitely clean, updated, beds comfy, all appliances worked, location was super convenient, everything looks exactly like the pictures and communication was good. One thing about the description that had me a little upset at first was that it says pet friendly but they mean for only one pet (up to 40lbs.). I saw where it said that i could pay extra for my 2nd pet that I wanted to bring (which was only another 10lb dog) but i was denied. So last minute i had to find a sitter for one and then make the decision on which to bring. ALSO, the biggest problem i had with my stay here was not the place but the neighbors we had to share a wall and the pool with that decided to bump their music all hours of the very first night there keeping us from getting the well needed rest we needed before the competition we were in town for. After several times of telling them to turn it down, the property manager calling the next morning and the cops showing up did they finally understand the concept a volume button but not trash cans. These people left beer cans and their hookah outside by the pool while my kids swam and played. So my advice is, if you're looking at this place then find some friends/family to get the other side of the duplex so you know for sure who you have to share the space with.
