PRIVATE SUITE WITH a VIEW

We are in a quiet neighborhood 5.3 miles from the airport on the bluff overlooking the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. This area is protected habitat for Sandhill cranes, eagles, black bear, moose, etc. The tides make the breathtaking scenery change by the minute. We have a separate arctic entry into our home ( in which we live) for guests and the guest space ( 1 bedroom, one living room area, small kitchen full and one half bath) is a mother in law space,. there is a locked door at the end of the hall for privacy. The guest space is perfect for one party of 1-2 people: The full bath is a walk through from one bedroom to the living room area, w/ locking doors on either side. We upgraded last spring and added a small kitchen and changed out the 2nd bedroom to living room.
