Lakeside Kayaking Bear Condo: Beach, Sauna, Club Room, Private Balcony

This is Unit #1 - Kayaking Bear. Open year round and located in Webb Lake, WI right next to the Lumberjack Saloon on beautiful Big Bear Lake. Each main level of these condos include a mud room, full kitchen with island seating, living room, and half bathroom. Living rooms feature a pull-out sleeper couch and walk out to private covered decks, all with direct views of the lake! Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. A fully appointed kitchen, thoughtful furnishings & decor, central air conditioning, Roku TV, and complementary WiFi ensure comfort during your stay.

The complex's lower level includes a large walkout community room, additional half bathrooms, and sauna with rinse shower. The expansive community room boasts a full kitchen and dining area with two large tables (can be used together or separately), media area (TV, large sectional couch, custom live edge oak bar with stool seating), and game room area with non-pay games (soft-tip darts, ping pong, foosball). This unique space is absolutely amazing for spreading out, gathering, and mingling alike. Overlooking the lake and private beach, walkout doors lead to a patio area with picnic tables, gas & charcoal grills, and fire-pit with Adirondak chairs.

All about the water? Our beach area is perfect for swimming with a gentle slope, soft sand, private dock, and floating pad. Nine kayaks, rowboat, and adult life jackets are free for guest use. The Main Store offers pontoon rental right from our dock exclusive to Big Bear guests on a first come first served basis. Check out their website to reserve today!

Into powersports? Snowmobile trail access is right out the back door and you will appreciate our large mud rooms with hooks and shelves to dry all your gear. County Road H is now open to ATV and UTV use! You can ride directly into downtown Webb Lake and access hundreds of miles of trails in Burnett, Polk, Washburn and Douglas Counties. Ride all the way to the famous Bumps Lakeside overlooking Devils Lake in Webster WI!

Looking to explore the outdoors? Hike the wonderful Big Bear Lake Nature Trail. Cross Country Ski on the Webb Lake ski trail or mountain bike on the new biking trails that go right through the woods!

Very nice view of the lake. It was wonderful sitting down by the lake! The lake has a nice soft sandy bottom for walking in and swimming.

The condo has a small living room but we stayed outside exploring most of the time so it didn’t matter. The water is crystal clear and Kayaks readily available. The restaurant next door is convenient with good food and a boisterous crowd that all seemed to know each other. We got our food to go which worked out well. The location of the condo is prime.

Sweet spot for respite

We enjoyed staying at the Big Bear Lake condos. It was clean and located on a lake wonderful for swimming and boating. We loved the availability of kayaks, the fire pit and balcony overlooking the lake. We would have liked a more full kitchen -- mini fridge (2 plus a mini freezer) and a lack of oven made it cumbersome to cook. All in all a wonderful experience, though.

Riding Weekend

Our weekend was a planned family weekend. The lake was perfect and all toys were available. Check-in was easy with great communication prior to checking in. The beds are super comfy. The fridge/freezer is a little bit more challenging because they are all a bit smaller but we were easily able to make it work! Thanks!

Perfect Girl’s Trip

Great lodge-like feel of the condos and Lumberjack saloon closeby. Enjoyed takeout on our private deck. Excellent swimming in the sandy beach! Groceries and everything we needed nearby in Danbury. It was a little busy at the beach most days but we found peace and quiet on our deck or inside. We will be back!

Amazing Getaway

We had two adults, teenager, toddler, and a dog in our condo. The whole family enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay. The beach is amazing for swimming , and the lake is small but perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and light fishing. The view is also great from the deck of the condo and it is a short walk to the Lumberjack for an easy dinner. We booked our stay for 2021!

Wonderful Getaway

We Just Couldn’t take it anymore! COVID 19, Stay at Home, Riots and Protests.. my husband and I needed a spur of the moment get the heck away from the stress of the big city... We found it at Big Bear Lake Condos in Webb Lake Wisconsin. I cannot over emphasize how awesome the place is... clear water, clean condos, friendly folks. Mark was easy to work with and everything was perfect! .Our four legged babies Maggie and Bella had a blast too. I would recommend this weekend getaway to anyone. We enjoyed the cute restaurant/tavern Lumberjacks fish sandwich which was just next door.

Wonderful lake, friendly host, quite a few activities.

Mark is a friendly host. He answered our questions and provided detail information which made our trip very smooth. The lake is just right. The pontoon rental for the day worked out great. We were able to watch many bald eagles. Kayaked and swam. Lovely location, enough activities for a family weekend. There is an ATV trail and a game room which we did not have time for. .

Ross & Lance Watkins (Nephew & Uncle/Godfather) purchased Big Bear Condos in January of 2023. After selling real estate in the area for years, Lance fell in love in love the area and built a cabin on a neighboring lake. Ross, an entrepreneur & seasoned Real Estate Appraiser, and family are avid snowmobilers, spending time in the area, staying at Big Bear condos. Upon learning the condos were for sale, it only made sense they partnered up as the new owners. When renovating the condos, we wanted to be sure that we kept an Up North cabin feel. We know that you will truly appreciate the vacation rentals and the setting on Big Bear Lake!
