Absolutely beautiful place! Our family had a great time and had plenty of space for the 9 of us. The house is so well equipped for anything, baking, BBQ or cooking. We did not want for anything. The beach is just a stones throw across the road. It’s not crowded and we felt like we had our own beach. We felt safe in the space away from home and were able to relax and enjoy our days there. The pictures of the dining table and kitchen island don’t really show how big they truly are. The both of them were a blessing for gaming and gathering together.

The owner communication was A* . The property and location was exactly as described. The property worked brilliantly for our two families with a bedroom on the ground floor for two adults (us) and a family of four or more to spread out in the second floor. We highly recommend this property and experience on the Isle of Palms.

We loved this home! It was very close to the beach and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a great time. Thanks to our super host for helping us navigate everything we needed. We plan on coming again to this lovely SC home.

Wonderful family vacation! The home had everything needed to enjoy the beach, community and Isle of Palms. Dave's list of places to see, activities and how to enjoy Charleston helped give us ideas and plans many times. The golf cart was a great added addition that helped move around our group many times.

The house is great for a family. The elevator was perfect for our elderly family members. It’s close to the beach, beautiful, updated, with plenty of games and beach chairs. We had a great stay there.

Beautiful home, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, great location close to beach! Great gathering spaces and porches. Some traffic noise, but you’re at the beach, so who cares! Large kitchen. Excellent communication with David.

The home was lovely and David was an excellent host and easy to work with. My only complaint was that the home needed to have a deep cleaning. For example, the electric stovetop was covered with baked on food. I actually bought a package of Mr. Clean erasers to try and clean the stovetop. My son actually cleaned the stove vent hood and replaced a very dirty clogged air conditioner filter. The oven was in need of a good cleaning cycle. There were also some stains on some of the decorative pillows and bedding decor. Besides a deep cleaning the place was lovely.

Family Time @ IOP

We had a fabulous family getaway in a great home at an even better location. The house was perfect for 4 couples and one young child. David(Prop Mgr) was both very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Reunion

We had 3 couples who have known each other for 40 years (yes we’re old) stay here. We had a great visit. A few beach days, good restaurants, and a day at COCO tennis. The accommodations were perfect. Lots to do…games, ping pong, corn hole, basketball, pickle ball…Will likely come again.

This house is stunningly decorated and the perfect size for our 4 adult children and granddaughter. The owner has thought of including everything from the kitchen to outdoor activities, the golf cart and trips to the beach. Outstanding Isle of Palm vacation home!

This newly renovated home is the perfect layout for family gatherings! The kitchen is very well equipped, we thought we were in our own house! All bedrooms and common areas beautifully furnished. The basement and game room were a big hit! As well as the golf cart, which we drove everywhere. Would love to come back to this property in the future!

75th bd!

8 of us who have been friends since kindergarten celebrated our 75th birthdays together in this VRBO. It was perfect. Lots of room, many bedrooms and bathrooms, and an Elevator!! It was perfect!
