The property was much nicer than the pictures. Here’s the things that were great about it, 1) It was extremely clean, 2) The furniture looked brand new, 3) The A/C was really good, 4) The location was perfect, 5) The ice machine was very nice to have, 6) The beds were the best of any condo we’ve stayed at in the past. The only drawbacks were 1) No grills at the complex, 2) Needs pool furniture, 3) The kitchen needed a can opener.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. We had been told we would have two covered parking spots underneath the building. There is only ONE for this unit. We had to park the other car outside in the sun. We also had to wait on the cleaners until 6:15 pm before we could get into the unit. The elevator is old and was down twice during our stay which made it hard since we were on the 5th floor It was out on the morning we checked out which was terrible since we had to carry all our belongings down the stairs. Took 3 trips up and down All communication was with the management company who responded quickly and was very apologetic for the issues. NOTE Two of the bedrooms have no closets NOR do they have a dresser or anywhere to put you clothes. Minor inconvenience. The iron needs to be replaced as it leaked water on your clothes. Worked fine once we emptied the water out. The pool is across the street and small. We never used it. The living area is small and could use an extra small chair to accommodate parties of 6 adults All in all we loved the unit. It has been beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. We will rent again if the price is right which it was for our stay this time

Great place to stay! Loved the fact that we had our own little portion of the beach that is only shared by the tenants of the 15 unit condos on beach and river side...and that we had a private boat slip to park our boat!

There is absolutely no description from host stating the pool is actually across a main busy street. Not children safe at all!!! It is in comments on Vrbo by previous review only not by host. Honestly the whole week I was there I never saw anyone in the pool. When we arrived we also questioned other guests about the pool as we were confused. The guests we questioned, said there was no pool. I don’t believe it’s communicated well to know the pool location. Host needs to advertise this correctly. There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms even the master. No locks on any bedrooms or bathrooms which are odd as one bathroom is a jack and Jill. Door to the ac unit doesn’t close properly, so any time the unit goes off or on it sounds like someone is shutting a door hard. No rugs as previously mentioned, so sand go into. When we arrived there was sand throughout floor, so maid or cleaning crew should have done the floor another time. Balcony is small with over sized furniture, but again if condo holds 10 it should be able to fit on balcony as well. Two of us used the balcony and it was hard getting around the furniture. No can opener, you would think bare minimum would be there and honestly that’s what you get and nothing more. Some dishes had cracks, and should have been gotten rid of. You shouldn’t have these dishes with cracks or sharp edges. Condo was updated and very nice. Perfect for large groups, and great view of the beach. There are steps in bridge to beach.

We stayed 4 days and 5 nights. The pictures in the post are not the same pictures of the condo, but the condo is still beautiful. Since you are on the beach, you will track sand everywhere. The only downside to this condo was there were no mats to catch the sand as you walk in from the hallway or the balcony. Obviously, that’s not a make or break. It was incredible! The entire place was spotless when we showed up. If we had any concerns, the host was just a text away and would always answer. The beach view was beautiful! We stayed on the beach side. There is also another side of the condo right across the street. The other side is where the pool is so we had to cross the street to get to the pool, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Beautiful Views

This condo met all of our expectations: Gulf front; large enough for a family of 4 adults and a teenager; pool; garage parking; balcony; and gorgeous views!! We were literally a 5 minute walk (down the elevator, through the parking garage, and out the wooden walkway) from the water. The only negatives were the balcony could only fit 4 of us and the pool was across the street from our condo with no crosswalk. Overall, A+! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were communicated thru text when property was available for check-in which was so nice. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The only disadvantage was the walkway to the beach had steps and not a ramp. This was inconvenient for us to take our cart to the beach with our cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc.

Memorial Day

Quick beach getaway with 4 adults and 4 kids for Memorial Day. The property was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our fabulous beach view! It was a very quiet complex and uncrowded which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!!

scuba trip

trip to teach a scuba class. great space with 4 bedrooms needed for our size group...but balcony a little cramped with oversized furniture....and that's of course where we wanted to stay mostly with the great beach views. overall great location and views. easy beach access.

Very Nice Property

The property was very comfortable and had great access to the beach. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the furniture is dated and getting old but very functional and the pool is across the highway from the beachfront properties. Otherwise it is big enough(we had 9 people) and the access to the beach is great. I would recommend it. I especially liked the fact that it wasnt crowded at the beach.

Engagement on the beach!!!!

It was very nice! They even had a crib for our 1year old! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the blender did not work and they do have a Margaritaville Blender but no directions, also check in is very late not until 4 and a 10 am check out this may be standard but next time I would and I recommend planning a day longer stay because of this. I would definitely recommend this property and would most likely stay again! Also if you plan on staying here and have little ones The pool is across a very busy street! But is on the bay/river side and is beautiful to sit on the boat doc that is also included with this property

Amazing time! Can't wait to visit again!

Upon arriving to the condo, we were overjoyed! The pictures just didn't do it justice. This unit is so spacious and was perfect for our group. The location was also perfect and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. I would absolutely recommend this property and may even book it again for this same annual trip!

Great location!

The condo was at a great location. However the furnishings and paint made it feel dark instead of light and airy like most beach condos. The floor was a little dirty upon entry, and their was some a few small areas that could use some maintenance. The bed and couches were very comfortable and the view was amazing. We were a little disappointed that the pool was across the street and very tiny. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the value for the money.

Quiet, family friendly, easy access to beach

Nice, the AC needs a little adjustment. Master bedroom was the coldest room in the house. Nice cooking utensils, Kids loved the access to the beach; adults liked being able to check on kids on the beach.
