Cute, clean beach front house in a fantastic location, just a short walk to town along the boardwalk. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would stay again!

I recently booked this property for a stay when I was visiting Oregon. When we got to the property unfortunately there was a unhoused person living right In front of the property. When I messaged the company that we didn’t feel safe staying they said there was nothing they could do and I had to pay the full amount even though I wasn’t staying. There was no offer of compensation or credit. We did not go inside so I can’t say anything about the inside. However the photos show Adirondack chairs out front and there were none that we could see. If you are a female traveling alone I might not recommend this place as I did not feel the safest in the area.

Great winter stay at the beach!

We had a great last minute February getaway at the beach. The location was great for our family and the house was nice and spacious. We would definitely come back again!

Very clean! Great check in directions. Two adults, 4 kids, lots of room. Washer and dryer were awesome to have. Access through a garage which helped with the sand and rain on our shoes to avoid a big mess. Lots of towels, and the hole was stocked with kitchen supplies.

Beachfront Fun!

The house is right on the beach. We could just walk out the door, across the sidewalk and we were in the sand.

Cute, perfect location

The only issue we had here was the floor had obviously not been mopped as socks and baby hands were black from dirt but otherwise this was the cutest, best location for a beach getaway! The king beds were super comfy too! Would definitely stay here again!

Boardwalk Ocean View

Walkable to town and beach. Large bedrooms. Owner bedroom has fabulous view of ocean. Very clean and well stocked. Living room was smaller than I thought it would be. All in all a very nice property.

NIce beach front home

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to town. The property was nice. The only exception would the couch in the living area. It was not in good shape and had a HUGE hole in the left corner.

Great location

There's nothing spectacular about the home outside of the location, but the location is amazing. I was a little let down that the listing clearly states "house" but this is a 2-plex condo with very thin walls between you and the neighbor. The view is amazing and within walking distance to anything you want to see in Seaside. the beach is steps away and the view form the CONDO is amazing. We enjoyed our stay, but for the money spent, I would pick another place next time.

Epic location

If you want an amazing view with accessibility to the beach and town, this is the place to be! Our family loved to be able to walk 5 minutes to town, or 2 minutes to the beach. The house was great for the 5 of us (3 kids). The only thing we had hoped for is more pots and pans in the kitchen. We like to cook and found it difficult because of the lack of cookware. Other than that, it was awesome!.

Spring break

We had a great time. The unit is small however there was only three of us so it was good. It is a duplex, which I was unaware of when I rented it. Fortunately no one was using the other unit. Very clean and well equipped and very convenient to the beach and downtown.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our family stay and it was the perfect location to access the beach and all the local sites. The unit was very clean, more so than any beach location we have ever rented before! The only negative that we experienced was not being able to open the window in the master bedroom, as we love listening to the ocean at night. In fact, really all the windows that can be opened in this unit need some serious mechanical intervention. But other than this fairy minor issue, we would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to anyone else!

A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: If you are still in the researching phase and wondering why to choose our company we hope you will keep in mind we also have made some tough choices with your stay in mind! At Seaside Vacation Homes we are very selective on allowing properties into our collection and while more homes = more money, we have historically turned away most of the 300+ rental homes in our area because we felt they would not offer you the value in location, amenities, layout and condition needed to keep you coming back to stay with us. Specializing in offering you the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points has been the foundation to our business model. Not only must the home be desirable but also the homeowners we work with must have a perspective that allow us to do what is needed to ensure your guest stay is perfect. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know as everyone in our offices views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Thanks again for considering us and if you do come know we can't wait to see you at the Beach! -Mark and co.
