HISTORIC SCOUT'S COTTAGE. The entire beach home is yours! A century old 1,065 sq/ft Historic Cottage. Fantastic Location on closed end street. Beautifully maintained inside and out. One minute to the beach. 3 minutes to Downtown Seaside. Large Kitchen, Spacious Living Room, Sunny Sun Porch, Two Bedrooms upstairs, Combination Clawfoot tub/shower. Fully furnished. Eclectic Decor. Original Artwork and souvenirs in every room. Perfect for couples or families. Private and Quiet. HOT TUB!!!

House is fully furnished with modern appliance, linens, beach towels, games for adults and children, 400+ movies or stream your own over wifi. Lots of fun collections in every room. BBQ grill in the back (avail. May - Oct.) near the Hot Tub. Off street parking. Every space is immaculate and perfectly maintained.

My mom and I have been staying here almost every summer for about 10 years now. The location is amazing and we have loved all the fun vintage details inside. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is nice and clean. The property manager is super quick to respond to any questions. I hope to visit again someday! :)

WOW!!!

Well, just about the coolest place I've ever stayed. I've wanted to stay here for a few years and finally did. The during-the-week, off-season rate is not to be believed! Just incredible decorating. I literally sat and read all the postcards and info on the little postcard rack in the living room and learned so much about Seaside! The hot tub was the cherry on the sundae. A lovely home, lovely time, and I cannot wait to go back!
