This three-story luxury home in historic Old Town Fort Collins was designed by David Hueter, an award-winning American architect, who envisioned a space that inspires design and creates an unforgettable one-of-a-kind experience. This home provides the ultimate indoor/outdoor living environment with large windows, plentiful natural light, and a creative floor-plan. Surrounded by large shade trees and custom landscaping, you may forget that you are just blocks away from fine dining, events, and shopping in Old Town Fort Collins.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, large kitchen island, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Inviting master bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo and conditioner.

GENERAL: Free high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: There are four off-street parking spaces behind the garage (accessible through the alley). Garage is not available for guest use. No street parking.

LOCATION: This house is just a few blocks from Old Town Fort Collins where there are many options for dining, shopping and entertainment. It is also located near the Poudre River Trail and City Park.

Home was extremely nice and updated. Had clear instructions for us on arrival. Convient to CSU's campus and downtown Fort Collins. We had issues with the AC that were resolved the next day when the sent out a technician. Overall would rent again for sure.

The staff was amazing as a few problems were noted after checkin. Overall amazing but oven didn’t work and hot tub wasn’t fully cleaned. The management did everything to ameliorate these glitches and our stay was wonderful!

Nice Place

We had a fantastic weekend getaway for my college daughters 21st birthday. House is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen is beautiful with everything you may ever need! The only drawbacks of this rental property are that there are only like 8 bath towels total so if you bring 8 people and need more than one towel per person there won't be enough, you will need to do laundry everyday and there are no beach towels for the hot tub. Also the basement kitchenette is basically off limits as it is full of food...assuming someone lives there. Also the basement bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned upon our arrival (from the person who actually lives there since there are toothbrushes and toothpaste etc in the bathroom drawers) I did reach out to the property management and they offered to come and have it cleaned but I didn't have time to deal with it as we were only there for a day and a half so I cleaned it as best I could. Overall it was a nice home to rent in Fort Collins.

Excellent Home

This was our second time staying in this home. We find that it offers our family enough room to spread out within the house. FYI - The owners had rearranged the bedroom furniture prior to our visit, and the bedroom with two twin beds was located in the basement. It is very close to old town and dining, plus it was easy for us to explore the area from this location. We felt very safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and would return to this property on future trips.

Miserable stay

The owners have a camera on the back garage the faces the yard and directly faces the living room and kitchen of the house. The living room has large glass windows and sliding doors without any blinds or window treatments therefore it intentionally violated our rights and privacy since they were able to see inside of the house during our stay. I was sitting on the couch in the living room and could see the square camera from the distance. The rest of the windows in the house have blinds except where they have a view of the camera. Also, the neighbors are extremely rude and sensitive to parking. On the second day of our stay we were informed to park 1 car in front of the house and use the back alley parking for other cars. We followed through with this parking policy since then but neighbors continued to be rude about it. My 65 year old parents, which one of them holds a handicap permit, were getting PICKED UP and DROPPED OFF (NOT PARKING) by a car at the front of the house when the neighbor aggressively pulled up in his white pickup truck and slammed on the brakes and parked right behind the car picking them up. It scared them. The house and neighborhood lacked hospitality. Other minor things such as oven and kitchen appliances left extremely dirty upon our arrival which is concerning especially during covid times. The house is very beautifully designed but you’ll have a miserable stay. It was so bad we checked out a day early.
