The Penthouse Loft will enchant you the moment you arrive with its’ elegance and historic charm. It has all of the classics of a downtown loft with high ceilings, a large open kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, and a large outdoor terrace to enjoy the Colorado evenings. It is also perfectly located in the Heart of Downtown so that you can walk to restaurants, night life, shopping and more - right out your front door!

Imagine exploring Downtown Fort Collins, enjoying local food and music, and then relaxing in our beautifully restored loft-style home! Walk to the Little Bird Bakeshop for coffee and baked goods to start your day, or take a yoga class right next door at Old Town Yoga. In the evening head to Magic Rat for live music or visit the Sunset Lounge for lovely drinks and jazz music. Then enjoy a glass of wine on the large deck facing old town Fort Collins with the glow of the surrounding string lights as the night winds down!

Property is very nice, large rooms, clean and it is in a great location. Great access to many restaurants, shops and the downtown square. Would highly recommend. The Jefferson street side is a bit load with road noise for awhile at night, but the location makes up for that.

The location couldn’t be better. Downtown, walking distance to everything. Huge living room and kitchen area that was perfect for hanging out with our extended family that live in the area.

The location is great, and the place is huge. We love Fort Collins, and this unit is near so many of the places we wanted to see.It was so nice to bring 3 generations of our family together here. Everyone loved the common areas and had their own space if they needed some time alone. A really fun stay, looking forward to coming back.

Highly encourage this property. We used it for my sons wedding and had all my kids and their significants stayed with us there. We used the space for the girls to get ready the morning of the wedding! Very close to EVERYTHING!!!

Perfect location

Can’t find a better location in old town. Steps from all the food and retails shops, and at the same time felt very safe and had adequate privacy. . Our family was there for a visit to CSU and it was also perfect for that. SO much space and everything was as comfortable as it looks in pictures. Ate delicious food at Ginger and Baker and Rio! Thanks for a great weekend space

Perfect location in Fort Collins

I cannot recommend this place enough. The location cannot be better. You can walk to anything you want to do. The common space is massive and welcoming. Bedrooms are spacious and cool at night. AC works really well. Parking is right outside. We felt super safe in the neighborhood. 10/10 recommend!!

First Old Town Fort Collins experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse Loft! The location was perfect, just a short walk to several restaurants, shops, and local breweries. The apartment was also very spacious, with plenty of room for our family of four. We loved the well-appointed amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable beds. Cooking a big breakfast on the Blackstone Griddle was a treat. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area."

Perfect in Every Way

We rented this property so our large family could stay together for our daughter's wedding in Fort Collins. Honestly, it was perfect in every way. The Penthouse is spacious and beautifully appointed, Stacy was accommodating and always responded promptly to questions, and the location of the property allowed us to walk everywhere. There really wasn't a single thing I would change.
