Host is very responsive and happy to answer questions. House was decorated for Xmas which made the stay pleasant.This property is close to downtown restaurants, coffee shops or just walking for exercise.

Clean and Great Location

Property was clean and well kept. Very convenient to town and it’s an easy walk to coffee shops or browsing downtown merchants.We will be checking for availability on our next visit.Highly recommend.

This was perfect for our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. My husband was here for training at CrossFit Mayhem, which was about 5 minutes away. The kids and I spent a whole day exploring the various parks in and around Cookeville. It was such a neat place and I would highly recommend this home for your stay. You won’t be disappointed!

LOVE this property! We stayed here during our visit to Tennessee Tech orientation weekend. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was very responsive and understanding about shifting our stay due to last-minute changes with flights. We look forward to our next stay when we return to Tennessee to visit our daughter over the next years.
