We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything was clean. The property itself was very clean as well and over all very quiet for it being a large property.

The area was beautiful. The unit was not very clean you can tell a lot of things were pushed under furniture and not swept well. The unit needs some TLC but overall it was still nice and we had a great time. The host was very kind

Perfect location, views, amenities, pool is great, straight walk to the beach, comfy, perfect size for myself, my two kids my two adult friends and their two kids. We will always come back! Check in and out is smooth. It's always paradise, and this room never disappoints!

We did love the condo, probably as much as any we've ever stayed. It was roomy and lovely. Having said that, I have to mention that it did have areas in it that were very unclean. The edge of the coffee table where everyone puts their feet on, which was white, was black and obviously never cleaned. My husband tried to clean part of it, but we didn't have the right cleaner. Also, the washing machine had no options and I couldn't wash any of my clothes because it didn't have a delicate cycle. It was a top loader very harsh rotator type and also filled all the way up without any level settings. I dropped a hair clip in the main bedroom one day, and it rolled underneath the bed, and my husband had to go under and it was absolutely filthy. Those things are really important to us. Ocean view was great and we would definitely return if it wasn't for the uncleanness and the wash machine that I r couldn't use because it was too harsh for my clothes.

When theres several "high rise" condos close to each orher, the beachfront is crowded and a pain in the neck. Rental beach set ups block the water.

Beautiful condo!

It was a lovely week in Navarre at this condo! The rooms were spacious and the balcony took in the entire view of the Gulf. Would request again!

I will surely use and book with you again. Beautiful location and ocean(gulf) view. So clean all of The Pearl, great carts for bringing up supplies. Just loved my over all stay, will book again. Maybe yearly.

Family Vacation

This our 3rd visit to Navarre Beach and The Pearl and this unit was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we would have changed is that we are used to the units including at least two chairs and umbrella set up. Other than that it was great. The office staff was quick with responses and booking questions I had.
