You will be on top of the world when you stay at this Beach Colony penthouse! Let the pictures speak for themselves. Indulge yourself and stay at the very best Navarre Beach has to offer. The views sold us on this condo. Every bedroom has a water view.

Two new elevators installed in 2024. The unit was recently refreshed.

Your condo is located on the 19th floor of Beach Colony East Tower with breathtaking, unobstructed easterly views of Navarre Beach on the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound.

When you enter the unit, you will know you have chosen the best and will have the vacation you have always dreamed of! The unit is fully tiled, and the decor has been expertly coordinated by a professional interior designer to make your stay both relaxing and fun.

The Penthouse includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master suite offers a King-sized bed and adjoining master bath which includes a walk-in shower and a jetted Jacuzzi tub with unbelievable views of the Gulf, beach and pier. The second bedroom also offers a King-sized bed and adjoining bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. You have views of the Sound and the Gulf. The third bedroom has two full size beds and Sound views and bath. Each bedroom has flat screen LCD TVs with DVD players.

From the breakfast nook, enjoy a coffee while you watch the sunrise over the Gulf. If you'd rather enjoy your breakfast outside, the balcony is the perfect place to have your morning coffee while watching dolphins play! The dining room offers comfortable seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for the chef at heart. All necessary dishes and utensils are provided. This unit also includes a commercial icemaker to ensure your beverages for the beach are ice cold! Washer/Dryer along with all linens are provided. We also provide beach towels.


Enjoy the powdery soft white sands of Navarre Beach and the Emerald green waters of the Gulf. Walk for miles looking for shells. Or, sit back and relax in one of the two beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning by the beach service for your use during the high season. If you want to take a break from the pristine waters and white sands of Navarre Beach, take a dip in Beach Colony’s swimming pool (the largest on Navarre beach).

This was a fantastic rental! The hosts are very friendly, communicative and helpful. The flowers, snacks and wine were greatly appreciated and put to good use. The view and sunrise are unbelievable, the beds and pillows are very nice and there were loads of thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Don't bother to keep scrolling. You have found the perfect spot!!

Family Vacation 2023 - A Huge Success

This was our second stay at this fantastic penthouse condo. Navarre Beach is a jewel between Destin and Pensacola and the Beach Colony Resort has a great position on the beach with great amenities. Randy is a wonderful host who takes care of his property and his guests. He welcomed us with a wine/snack basket and fresh flowers to enjoy during our stay. The entire family is already looking forward to our next visit.

Beach Colony Stay

Our property manager was AMAZING-excellent communication and extremely helpful! The property was extremely clean, which was FANTASTIC, however, not newly renovated (as advertised) and extremely noisy with lack of privacy on balcony. The accommodations were still beautiful, and the layout was very fitting for our family. Our property manager went over and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible.

Our family has been in this area for many years. We want our Guests to have a very special time so we do our best to provide just about everything you would expect in a penthouse. We furnish and maintain this unit as if we were moving in soon. If you need something that we don't have on site, please contact us and we will try to make it happen. Because we are local, we can usually respond quickly.

Why they chose this property

The first time we visited Beach Colony East, we were awestruck by the beautiful surroundings and the spacious condos. Then, we were invited to visit a penthouse and we knew what we wanted in a retirement home. At some point, this unit will become home to us.
Navarre is also not crowded as some beach towns are. The beaches are spacious, and the National Seashore is nearby which limits development. Navarre Beach is a perfect place to relax and is super kid-friendly with a park close by. Plus, some of our Guests use Navarre as home base for day trips to Destin, Pensacola, or even Biloxi. And, there is something magical about staying on an island!

What makes this property unique

This property is certainly unique in that it is the "A" unit on the top floor of a fine facility, on the beach, on an island. We have seen many beaches, but this one is tops. The sand is actually soft quartz particles washed down eons ago from the Appalachian Mountains.

The patio is partially covered so that you can sunbathe or sit in the shade and have a meal while you enjoy views that can go for 30 miles. This is a spectacular location to watch fireworks if you happen to stay with us during certain holidays.

At times, you may see stingrays, manta rays and others from your patio. Have a camera ready.

Our friends and family members love to stay here. We have hosted wedding parties, family reunions, anniversaries and many get-aways. If you need more than three bedrooms, we have the adjacent two-bedroom unit which may be available at the same time (VRBO 1157868). Additionally, you can rent a nearby cottage with a private dock on the water (VRBO 2285623).

The airport in Pensacola (PNS) is approximately 35 minutes away as is the airport in Ft Walton Beach/Destin (VPS).
