Booked for a multi-family vacation, 9 of us total. From ages 2-60, everyone was comfortable and very happy with the spacious accommodations!! The beach views were incredible! The beach itself was even more incredible!! For booking during spring break, the beaches were never over crowded! The local shops and restaurants were so nice and full of really welcoming people! 10/10

Our stay here was perfection! The ocean view was amazing- plenty of light. Thekitchen had everything needed to make whatever meal or dessert you desire. The dining room was large enough to play games and have a view of the pier. The TV choices had a selection everyone. The extra fridge for beverages and ice maker is a nice touch. The heated pool was fabulous. Our group had zero complaints and would be happy to return to this unit again!!!

We have stayed in this condo for the past five years and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is nicely decorated and the furniture (including the beds) is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including an extra refrigerator. Finally, the owner is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. Once again, we will be back!

Beach vacay 2025

We loved this place from the minute we walked in! It was perfect for our group. The host communicated every detail and was very welcoming. Accommodations were top notch. Beach was easily accessible and a short walk down the wooden deck. This was especially nice with two small children. We will definitely try to stay here again. I can’t say enough about how great the week was.

Our family from Atlanta, Ga. includes 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, and 6 grandkids who all LOVE 'Papa's' Beach! Many memories have been made since we bought our beach home in 2001. We love hosting other families and the beach friends who have our condo their home too!

Why they chose this property

The developer Mr. Jimmie Lewis keeps his personal beach home here and has remained active in making sure The Pearl is always in top shape!
Our renovated open floor plan is unlike other end units at the Pearl. Nice private balcony with great views of the Gulf! We spent many years looking from the Florida Keys to Navarre Beach. WE love how quickly we can get to the beach from Atlanta. The Gulf Coast beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. We also love the family atmosphere at Navarre Beach and the fact that even in prime season, it is not overcrowded. Relaxing on the large Gulf front balcony (with a good book and a favorite beverage) and enjoying all the views that a 14th floor balcony has to offer, is another family favorite before or after beach time!

What makes this property unique

SAFE and UNCROWDED Beach! We provide one umbrella and two chairs from Sunset Beach Service, extra rentals are available for purchase by reservation for your visit to the beach. We also love the fact that we can walk or ride our bikes to Sailor's Grill for bakery goods, breakfast, lunch or dinner while we watch the bay and the volleyball matches from the outdoor deck. Live entertainment on the weekends. Yoga and Zumba classes on Tues and Thurs. at Juana's! Nice outdoor or indoor tables and music are available at Andy D's on the Gulf side and is also in walking distance. Grouper Reuben and Fish Tacos from T.C.'s Front Porch is just across the bridge on the mainland. Your family will make their memories at 'Papa's Beach' too!
