It’s position, right in front of Ponte Vespucci, pictoresque views on the river, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella rail station and most important monuments, makes it one of the top locations to enjoy Florence. Sharing the neighborhood San Frediano, is the residential area of Florentines, full of artisan shops, good Trattorias and bars.

This is a truly top shelf vacation rental. Excellent communication, easy check in and out. The apartment is beautiful, serviceable, clean, conveniently located and well equipped. This apartment was in the perfect location, just south of the Arno river on the less touristy part of Florence. It was clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen, plus Marusca was kind enough to leave us a bottle of local wine! Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment on the river

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the river was incredible and the apartment was well furnished. Location wise, it was very easy to walk to the major attractions but was far enough away that it wasn't overrun with people. There is a nice park just down the road that we took our kid to every day.
