like yours from the moment you arrive.

Papa has tended these grounds for decades. His family and ours are woven together in the story of this place. When you see him, say hello, ask him for a coconut and he'll bring it freshly cut, right to where you're sitting. Just drop in a straw.
For guests who want every detail handled, our butler is available as an add-on, present daily, managing arrangements, reservations, day trips,
and anything the day requires. A personal chef is also available on request, catering or cooking at the villa so you never have to leave the
beach. Available on request for a fee, reach out before booking to arrange.

For the duration of your time here, this team is entirely yours.
Most people will never set foot on Winding Bay.
Not because it's difficult to reach, but because so few people even know it exists. Just 12 homes share its entire shoreline, and HighTide Villa is one of them. That means when you stay here, you are among a handful of people in the world who get to call this beach their own, even if just for a week.
No crowds. No strangers. No noise. Just 3 miles of secluded pink sand, calm turquoise water, and a sky so dark at night you'll see stars you've never seen before. The area is so safe there's no need to lock the house or car. That's the kind of place this is.
Five minutes away, the charming village of Tarpum Bay offers friendly locals, a dock selling the fresh daily catch, takeaway restaurants, small grocery stores, and a gas station, everything you need, nothing you don't.
Twenty minutes south, Rock Sound is the island's most complete town, best grocery store, bank with ATM, sit-down and takeaway
restaurants, liquor stores, gift and artisan shops, and Rock Sound Airport (RSD).
Twenty-five minutes north, Governor's Harbour is Eleuthera's social hub, casual to fine dining, the island's best wine
selection, and GHB Airport just 45 minutes from the villa. On the way, don't miss Island Farm for fresh local produce .
fresh bread on Tuesdays and Fridays.
HighTide sits in the central-south of the island, making it the perfect base for everything Eleuthera has to offer. Queen's Highway runs straight through. north to south, the whole island is yours to explore.
From the moment you arrive, HighTide is entirely yours.
The full home, the beachside cabana, the elevated deck, the hot tub, and every inch of Winding Bay's pink sand shoreline, exclusively for you and your group. No shared spaces, no other guests, no one else on your beach. Just yours.
The garage and Miss Diane's private cottage are the only spaces reserved, everything else is yours.
Set on nearly 3 private acres, the estate is bordered by water on both the front and back, creating a secluded island retreat. Step outside to explore the surrounding mangrove flats, renowned bonefishing grounds, and the abundant wildlife that calls the area home, including tropical birds often seen around the property.
Most mornings it's just your group and the ocean. Grab a kayak and paddle out. Set up the volleyball net. Race your friends to the swings. Relax in the hammocks with a book or a breeze. Float. Do nothing. The day finds its own rhythm here.
Want to venture beyond the shoreline? High Tide offers two boats with licensed captains available as optional add-on experiences. Snorkel vibrant reefs, water ski across crystal-clear waters, or explore hidden beaches around Eleuthera. Best of all, your adventure departs right from the property, giving you the flexibility to plan around the weather instead of rushing to meet an off-site tour.
When the sun gets serious, the beachside cabana, elevated above the sand, is waiting, shaded, comfortable, right at the water's edge. Later, when the sky turns pink and the air cools, the hot tub. Always the hot tub.
The island breathes too. Some afternoons the clouds roll in, the rain comes down warm and heavy, and the whole place goes quiet in the best way. That's when people end up around the dining table with a board game and something cold to drink and somehow those end up being the evenings nobody forgets.
On the water and outdoors:
6 kayaks · Inflatable water slides · Inflatable floats ·
Swing set · Beach volleyball · Badminton · Spike ball
INSIDE
The Great Room is where the group lands. Floor-to-ceiling windows so the oceanview never really leaves. Long dining table, big sectional, 65" TV, a games corner. Enough space that eighteen people don't feel crowded. Somehow still feels like someone's home.
Smart TVs in every bedroom · High-speed WiFi to the shoreline · Laundry room · Dedicated office space · Safe for valuables
THE PRIMARY SUITE
King canopy bed. A soaking tub with nothing in front of it but ocean. Private dressing area, walk-in shower, daybed lounge, and a door that opens straight to the sand. There's an outdoor shower just outside, most people end up using it more than the one inside. You fall asleep to the waves. You wake up to them too.
THE OTHER BEDROOMS
Every bedroom has ocean views and its own en-suite. No one draws the short straw at HighTide.
Bedroom 2 has two full beds that push together into a king, its own beach door, and an outdoor shower.
Bedroom 3 is a king suite off the wrap-around patio, quieter, more private, feels like its own little corner of the property.
Bedroom 4, The Bunk Room has six full-sized mattresses across custom built-in bunks, a proper stairway instead of a ladder, and its own bathroom.
The kids claim it immediately and spend the rest of the trip in there or on the beach.
There's a fifth bathroom just off the Great Room with a door to the beach, practical in the best possible way.

Here's the whole journey to Hightide:
Step 1 — Fly to Nassau (NAS). This is your main gateway into the Bahamas, and it's one of the best-connected airports in the Caribbean. If you're in the US, you likely have a direct flight already; American, Delta, JetBlue, United, and Southwest all fly there from cities like Miami, Atlanta, New York, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, and Orlando.
Flying from Canada? Air Canada, WestJet, and Porter all connect Nassau directly from Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, and Calgary.
Step 2 — Hop to Eleuthera. From Nassau, Bahamas air runs short daily flights straight into Rock Sound Airport (RSD), that's your airport, and the flight takes about 20 minutes.
Prefer to skip Nassau entirely? Aztec Airways and Makers Air both fly direct from Fort Lauderdale straight into Rock Sound. Easy.
Step 3 — You're here. Rock Sound Airport is 10 minutes from HighTide's front door. The smallest, friendliest airport you'll ever walk through.
Two flights. A short drive. And you're standing on the beach.
