Totally renovated and upgraded two bedroom + bonus den condo, approximately 1500 square feet, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. No expense spared to renovate this unit with granite countertops, wood/tile flooring, venetian plaster bathrooms, designer and antique furniture, 50 HD TV in living room with surround sound system & DVD, granite bar with wine cooler, LCD TV's in all other rooms and all stainless steel kitchen appliances. Unit is fully appointed with high end dishes, glassware utensils and towels. Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush.
There is also a cozy fireplace in the den.
The complex is complete with a clubhouse, heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, gas BBQ grill ,underground parking and is located directly on the beach. The property is located on one of the best surfing breaks in the area. It is centrally located and one of the closest beaches to Disney. The area is famous for being a surfing town with a slower pace and nice friendly people. There are many great restaurants and shops to visit within walking distance. Awesome views of the ocean from your master bedroom, family room, kitchen and nicely appointed balcony.This is an upscale 'MONTHLY ONLY' rental.

My husband and I shared this condo with a friend for the month of January. It has a great ocean view and is convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time riding bikes, walking the beach, and watching the surfers. If you rent and want to come back, be sure to let the owner know. Many owners give current renters first dibs but we didn't know we wouldn't have that option. It is well worth the stay!
This condo is on a very nice stretch of beach and is very walkable.It has a nice heated pool and well kept clubhouse.It is close to a traffic signal which is important for crossing the highway in front to walk to the nearby shopping plaza.Garage parking is a bit of a challenge but outside is easy.309 is well equipped but accessible wall plugs are limited.
2015 - This was our 8th season at this rental. We love the location - not as busy as some of the other areas nearby. The Condo is more than comfortable, well equipped and spacious, and the owner is wonderful to work with. Indoor parking, wonderful neighbors, nearby restaurants and attractions all add to the comforts. My husband enjoys surf fishing from the beautiful beach, and golfing on many of the nearby golf courses. My favorite spot is the balcony, morning coffee in the sunshine, and watching the endless ocean - What could be better? We would highly recommend this unit (but not for the weeks we are there!).
Great condo on the beach. The unit is updated, clean, very well equipped, has a parking garage and great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great view of surfers riding the waves. Owner was responsive easy to deal with. Will definitely return and have referred already to friends.
2011 is the fourth year that we have stayed in this condo. It was pure luck that we chose VRBO and found this beautiful location. One always wonders if the photo's in ads are accurate, but this time the property was exactly as pictured. Two bedrooms, two full baths, den, kitchen,living/dining room, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We have had a great experience working with the owner, and the location for us is perfect - right on the beach with a Publix grocery, Walgreens drugs, several excellect restaurants all nearby. The highway is not as congested as some surrounding areas. There is a lot of affordable golf courses nearby, and we are only about 25 minutes from Port Canaveral if you are interested in a cruise! The airports are just a little over an hour away. My husband has become an avid "surf" fisherman, and with the beach at the doorstep, it makes a great passtime.
We would highly recommed this property to anyone interested in spending some time in Paradise!
