No expense spared to renovate this unit with granite countertops, wood/tile flooring, venetian plaster bathrooms, designer and antique furniture, 50 HD TV in living room with surround sound system & DVD, granite bar with wine cooler, LCD TV's in all other rooms and all stainless steel kitchen appliances. Unit is fully appointed with high end dishes, glassware utensils and towels. Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush.

The complex is complete with a clubhouse, heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, gas BBQ grill ,underground parking and is located directly on the beach. The property is located on one of the best surfing breaks in the area. It is centrally located and one of the closest beaches to Disney. The area is famous for being a surfing town with a slower pace and nice friendly people. There are many great restaurants and shops to visit within walking distance. Awesome views of the ocean from your master bedroom family room, kitchen and nicely appointed balcony.This is an upscale 'MONTHLY ONLY' rental.
