At Paradise Beach Club you will quickly realize why the area is a favorite vacation destination in Florida. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is right outside your unit along with convenient access to the beach just steps away. You can sit back and watch the kids swim, or simply enjoy the views of the pool and ocean from the comfort of your patio.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements (not a sofa sleeper). There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

Great Location!

We stay in the area at least once a year. This is the best beach stay we’ve experienced. We could walk right out our first floor sliding glass doors to the beach steps and pool. Loved everything!

Would love to give 5 stars but we've been coming to PBC since 1988 and the level of service to the property grounds is horrendous. You may need a new onsite property manager.

Great Condo steps from the beach!

Such a cute little condo. It was tidy and had everything we needed. It is directly across from the beach access gate, so we walked directly out to the sand most mornings. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm. It was hard to get comfortable, as someone who prefers a softer mattress. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and it is super family friendly. If you’re looking for a quiet beach trip, this is a perfect place to stay.

Beach & Ocean just 10 steps away

Property matched the online listing exactly, very clean, modern and great for a family of 5. Location is fantastic, complex is decent, pool was better than we expected, and beach is just 10 steps from the back patio. Only negative is the Pool equipment storage unit is close to beach-side bedroom window. It was a bit noisy some nights and limited us cracking the windows at night and listening to the ocean as planned. But that is minor. All other aspects were great. Good communication before, during and after stay by property owner. Parking was good, check in/out was smooth. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

We had the best vacation. We picked this location because we were going to spend a couple days at Disney but I still wanted a beach vacation. The drive to Orlando was a very easy drive. And we were so close to Cocoa Beach and all the attractions there but still had all the perks of a quiet and not so busy beach which we love. I knew by the pics online this condo was going to be beautiful with breathtaking views but was still blown away when we walked through the doors. The condo was beautiful, spacious and super clean. We had absolutely everything we needed. We don’t usually book ground floor because the views aren’t great but not this condo the views of the beach and the pool were amazing. Our children are 17, 15 and 7 and they could literally walk right out of the huge back sliding doors and be on the beach or in the pool in just a few steps! And the best part was we could either go with them or watch them from our patio!!! The company that manages this property was great. Taylor checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a great stay. We were leaving for lunch one day and our door handle wouldn’t latch and the maintenance man was right on site and literally had it fixed within minutes. We were not inconvenienced by it one little bit. Myself and my family can not say enough great things about this condo and the people who run it. We will definitely book here again!! Thank you so much!!!!

Nice location but need to tighten up some things

First , I don't when rules are not working on both sides. For example, is not before 3pm. However, the unit was not ready at 3pm. It was still being cleaned. The manager has not offered a credit for not delivering on readiness of the property. The cleaning was rushed and therefore was not thorough. There was also cracked glasses in the kitchen and drainage issues where we need to call for maintenance. The manager was responsive when contacted. Finally, there were young kids running around the property knocking on doors and making noise. Condos that are primary rental properties make me nervous. The location was right on the beach so that was very convenience.
