"The DOMINION" is incredibly gorgeous home boasting every amenity and interior upgrade you'd expect for a FIRST CLASS experience. Town Center at Coral Canyon is adjacent to the championship Coral Canyon golf course and just Interstate 15 and State Road 9 in GORGEOUS southern Utah surrounded with red rocks, red sand, blue skies and an abundance of open space.

The Dominion at Town Center offers sleeping for up to 14 people; comfortably 8 adults and 6 children. The master suite on the main level has it's own private, deluxe bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Also on the main floor is the family room, kitchen, dining, Half Bath, laundry room with washer & dryer, and a full size 2 car garage with games to play such as ping pong and fooseball. There's a 2nd family room upstairs along with 2 bathrooms that accommodate the upstairs 3 bedrooms.

So our guests can enjoy the outdoors, we included 2 upstairs patios and a front courtyard patio. The courtyard has splash pads for the kids along with a natural gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The upstairs patios are spacious, on opposite ends of the home, partially covered and include outdoor furniture. The larger of the two has a HOT TUB, 65" flat screen TV, natural gas fire pit and outdoor furniture. It's a natural extension of your entertaining area AND HAS SOME OF THE BEST VIEWS OFFERED IN THE SUBDIVISION.

As a guest, we don't allow smoking inside, outside or around The Dominion. It comes into the home, on clothes, etc. and we want ALL guests to enjoy the home so if you smoke OR VAPE, no offense but please do not book your reservation with us at The Dominion. My wife and I LOVE DOGS but we know others are not pet friendly or have pet allergies, so out of a courtesy to all, pets are NOT allowed.

You'll be enveloped with fine furniture, fine linens, turkish robes, first class plates, glasses, silverware and appliances - both small and large. The Dominion is meant to meet your every need, want or wish.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property while visiting Zion National Park-the location was really convenient, and there was great shopping as well as fun places to eat. Our home was beautiful and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. Our hosts had exceptional communication with us and check in/out was easy. Would recommend this property 5+ stars!

Family Thanksgiving Week

Bob and Becky provided the perfect house for our family to share the holiday week. There were private spaces for all and several large areas for family fun. The hot tub was a great addition as we gathered there for soothing after a day of hiking. The house is also very conveniently located for hiking the parks, shopping and children’s activities. The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen needs, toiletries and paper products. Don’t forget to use the great popcorn machine for movie night! Thanks Bob and Becky. You are great hosts!

Had an amazing time!

The property is exactly as listed. It was so clean and comfortable. My sister and I had the best girls trip exploring in the day and relaxing in the hot tub with the fire pit in the evening. Bob and Becky were amazing and made themselves available for questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, wonderful host.

We had a little communication SNAFU as we didn’t receive any arrival instructions, but as soon as we had contact with Bob, he took such great care of us. Insisted on paying for whatever we chose to have for dinner. The condo is perfectly suited for bigger groups of people. Thanks for the wonderful home for our stay.

The GREATEST property!

Beautiful Family Friendly Town House!

This home was awesome to stay at! The sleeping accommodations were great! TV’s in every room. There was a game room in the garage which our kids loved. The hot tub on the balcony and the Tv and fire place on the balcony was a huge hit! We will definitely be staying here again!

We're residents of St. George for over 28 years and thoroughly love living here full time. I (Bob) am a Realtor with Keller Williams and have been in business for 28 years. My wife Becky is a hair stylist and the world's best grandma!! We have 2 grandsons who are nothing less than spoiled and we love them SO MUCH. Becky's folks live full time in Coral Canyon and my Mom lives on the west side of St. George just about a mile away from us. She's in her 90's.

Prior to being a Realtor, I was in the hospitality industry and worked at the Hotel Utah in Salt Lake City and was the Sales Manager for The Inn At Temple Square, located on the corner of South Temple & West Temple. It was an AWESOME experience to be hosts to people like Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr., George Bush, Jr., Buddy Rich, Neil Diamond, Carl Malden, the rock band "Journey", General Authorities of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints , royalty from across the world as well as princes and princesses from the Middle East. I learned a lot about how to be a Host with these world renowned people PLUS so many more who graced our business. I've been able to take that guest hosting experience and apply it in my service as a Realtor as well as a Vacation Rental home owner/Host. We don't offer our guests a "Motel 6 experience." We want you to feel at home; comfortable, relaxed, and check in to an extremely clean and pristine home. We want you to make memories that last a lifetime with your family, friends, guests and others.

Why they chose this property

We had this vacation rental home built and are the original owners. We own a few other vacation rentals in southern Utah. Town Center at Coral Canyon intrigued is because of its excellent "LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!" where our guests can have a place to stay with easy proximity to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park with is reservoir, sand dunes, and fishing as well as be just minutes away from the center of St. George. Guests will have such a variety of things to do from hiking the red rocks, biking and walking trails, visiting historic museums and landmarks of how southern Utah was established in the late 1800's, Factory Stores for shopping along with the Red Cliffs Mall, golf courses EVERYWHERE, and 35 minutes drive to the Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is an outdoor amphitheater in Ivins that has professionally done Broadway and Disney shows shown nightly as well as concerts and other fun events throughout the year. As our guests, you can access all of these venues easily and quickly by car as it's centered to all of these areas of southern Utah. Interstate 15 north or southbound will get you to these locations or State Road 9 so no unnecessary left and right turns getting you turned around and lost. This is EASY to find, EASY to stay, and definitely the BIG EASY to enjoy!!

What makes this property unique

The amenities at Town Center are VERY well done and offer a year round heated pool, splash pad water park for the kids, community park and pickle ball courts. You're also only 45 seconds from the Coral Canyon 18 hole championship golf course that gets high marks and reviews from Golf Digest, Golf Magazine, The Golf Channel and Golf.com.

If you are a fan of a VIEW, this home has a priceless one. The red rock vistas, hills and mesas along with Pine Valley Mountain in the distance certainly enhance the ambiance of being in southern Utah.

We've made great attention to detail and listen to our guests needs and wants. We've provided a private, romantic and inviting upper deck with a personal full size hot tub and gas fire pit. There's a 65" TV on the deck too and comfy patio furniture.

Besides cleanliness and attention to detail, WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS AND GUESTS. We've taken calls come in as early at 5 and 5:30 a.m. with a need that we've immediately made our way to the home and taken care of for our guests. We will personalize and help make special events that much more memorable and we LOVE to decorate for the major holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
