Great place on the beach

We loved our stay here, very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults and a baby. We loved how we could walk to the beach everyday, were so close to restaurants, and had a nice place to sleep each night. When we first arrived we couldn’t get the glass door to lock, and they sent someone right away on a Sunday to fix it! Thank you!

Problems but they made it right.

We encountered some problems during our stay, but we texted the help desk number. They sent soneone to address the issue and worked to correct it. Overall the condo was clean & worked for our family. The location, beach access, & beach service were awesome.

Mother’s Day Stay

Good location. The condo needed updating. Sofa very old. Had picks on all sitting areas. Saw roach and beetles in unit. Several roach traps thru out unit. Several visitors that walked their dogs did not pick up poop from their dogs. Will not stay at this unit again. Expensive for what we got.

Rough Start

Arrived and screen door lock broke and internet and cable went on and off for two days. Eventually, the problems were repaired but unsafe and inconvenient when on vacation. maintenance tried hard to resolve the problems. He was given incorrect tools to solve the problem. Unit was also not very clean. Carpet was old and dirty. Bathroom was not clean. Very disappointed.

Great location and cleanliness

We absolutely love Maravilla condos and have always enjoyed the property. We had a few hiccups in the unit. Wifi didn’t work- and the main bathroom in master didn’t work- could use a few more pans in kitchen Sliding glass door in living room didn’t slide well

Great little place to stay

Overall this condo was great. It could use a deep cleaning as sofa and drapes were soiled. Nothing to call management over though. We would stay again.

Loved it!

Traveled with my parents and this property was very clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The property manager was very attentive for my questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We are already talking about coming back again. Watching the dolphins from our balcony every morning was just the icing on the cake! Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

Great experience

The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. Mara villa is located across the street from the beach with easy beach access. My family enjoyed our stay in Destin.

Great location, however…

Great location and loved the 1st floor and it’s easy access. Plenty of parking, a/c worked great, and washer/dryer worked good enough. TVs in all rooms and hot water was plentiful. There were 2 beach chairs and some toys in the closet. Cable tv was nice and it had wifi. We loved the short walking distance to the beach and it was located near all the stores and main hwy(s). Cleaning crew did not clean that well, master bed had sand and there was a piece of an uneaten pop tart and some candy on the floor in the second bedroom. Now for the bad: The wifi signal does not transmit to the second bedroom. The mattress in the master bed needs to be replaced. It was worn out and you sink when you lay down (not in a comfortable way) and mind you, I weigh 165lbs and my wife weighs a lot less than me. The sliding door to patio was very heavy and difficult to open. Also, here is the deal breaker for me, i could hear every footstep from the upstairs unit every night. Also, we could hear every time they opened/closed their sliding door and every night it sounded like they were moving heavy furniture it was very, very loud. I would love to come back but i cannot deal With a loud upstairs unit. And lastly, we saw and killed a couple of roaches. If the upstairs unit was not unbearably loud, I would love to rent again…

Perfect location and venue

Very comfortable condo with private beach across the street and two swimming pools to choose from. Property is clean and family friendly. Beds could use some new mattresses; that is my only suggestion. If you come make sure you have a car. Most entertainment and shopping is too far to walk and it is difficult and expensive to get a taxi/Uber/shuttle. No public busses or trolleys.

Nice Place and location. Could use a deep clean.

This place met our needs and is close to the beach. Has everything you need. It definitely could use a new mattress in the master bedroom, the current one is shaped like a V and you both roll to the middle. It could also use a deep clean, the floors were pretty dirty. The carpet was nice and clean. Overall a nice place. I have 3 kids so the bunk bed with the pull out 3rd bed underneath worked well.
