The house offers room to sprawl out and relax. Each bedroom features a mounted smart TV for movies, gaming, or chilling out after a perfect day on the beach.

DETAILS ON THE HOUSE--

The first floor features a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a full washer and dryer, bathroom, and side door where you can bring all your sandy things and get them right into the wash! There are no steps on the first floor with a step-in shower and access to a queen sofa sleeper, along with a twin pull out bed.

The second floor has a loft with a queen bed and French doors leading out to a sprawling deck surrounded by palm trees. The second floor has an owner's retreat with a private bedroom and bathroom, along with two other equipped bedrooms and a full bathroom, including a bathtub.

The third floor is a loft bedroom with another full bathroom. The room opens up to another wrap-around deck with nearly 360-degree views.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED. Guests will incur additional charges if garbage is found in the bin un bagged.
You just need to take out your trash and load the dishwasher before you leave, thanks for taking such great care of our house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in or on the property, no vaping or use of other drugs either.
Guests need to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please respect other guests in the neighborhood. This isn't the best place for a party!

Amazing House! Perfect for large groups heading to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. It is in an adorable community of houses right across the street from the beach. There is a "clubhouse" for the neighborhood that gives you beach access with a bar and a restroom! I would absolutely recommend this place!

OMG

This was our 8th year staying in Emerald Shores. Our favorite host by far! Julie was more than accommodating and so pleasant and greeted us via text and offered us help if we needed it but also let us use her home as our own and we couldn’t be more thankful! Seriously 100/5 stars fr. Stay was fire.
