Bedding Configuration:
Master Bedroom: King Bed
Guest Bedroom: One Queen Bed

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ grill at each swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room 
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas B3 is located on the ground floor of the B Building. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Ideal location, within walking distance to Queen and King’s Shops and a short drive to A Beach.The ground floor unit with access to outdoor dining and grassy play area for our 5 years old grandson was great. We appreciated use the beach gear and having a garage was a bonus.

Beautiful and Relaxing Property

We've been to Big Island many times but first time here at Waikoloa Beach Villa's and we will be back! So convenient to stores, restaurants and A-Bay! Any questions/problems were immediately dealt with by Property Management. Planning our next trip in October 2024 and we most definitely will be staying at this location again.

Wonderful Time in Waikoloa at Resortica

The condo was very nice, and everyone we met was friendly. There were two pools, and hot tubs that were extremely relaxing, and just a quick walk across the lawn. It had big monkey pod trees and well-maintained landscaping. The garage had beach gear, including chairs. We could see Mauna Kea from the lanai. The beach is close, as well as many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. There is a lot of places to walk (or drive) and explore. We saw several green sea turtles, one on the sand just resting and several in the ocean. There are several golf courses, too. Our family had an amazing time there.

Good location

We had a good stay at this condo. Close to the pool and a good location for going to the Queen Marketplace. The master shower needs the drain cleaned. Beach chairs, umbrella, & towels were great to have. We ate on the patio each morning. Kitchen is good but a few pans need updating. All in all good stay.

Absolutely a fabulous property! I would recommend it even to a picky person. It is close to restaurants, shops, and a nice market. And the beach is close by. The condo was in tip top condition. One minor note to you and please don’t publish it. The main shower drain was slow. It is no big deal. I poured hot water down it but it did not improve. You might try drano. All the drains worked perfectly. I had trouble getting in the first time. I called. I was immediately helped.
