Location was excellent. Had all the beach supplies we need. Had all the kitchen items we needed also. Only down side was the bed was very uncomfortable and in our opinion needs to be replaced. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

The place and everything related to the property was great. The lanai was nice, with a great view of Mauna Kea. The property was quiet and enjoyable. Very recommended!

Our First Year Anniversary Celebration Getaway!

It was a perfect stay! The view is gorgeous, walking distance to Queens/Kings shops, and the pool/hot tub is the best way to end the day! Loved staying here! Thank you so much!

Our condo was managed by Resortica. They were very friendly, responsive to things we needed and timely with communication. The condo was in decent shape, just a little “tired”, meaning older carpet and furnishings, mostly. But we enjoyed our stay and all went well. Thanks for a great time in the Waikoloa area!!

Wonderful Escape

Really enjoyed staying here. It is very close (walking distance) to everything, yet you feel like you are in a quiet secluded place. All was very comfortable with all you need at your fingertips.

Great location, wonderful space

Loved our stay at 328 The Shores. Clean property with ample space and an amazing balcony. Very nice touch having beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and an umbrella available for guest use. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Great sunrise

Fantastic sunrise and singing birds in the Am. Very quite and we’ll equipped. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a plus! Hope to stay here again in the future.

Everything you need!

We had family staying in one of the other nearby resorts. This location was a delightful respite from the larger busier locations. Everything had been thought of, bed was comfy. We especially liked all the beach supplies. Made the beach days so fun! Would stay again for sure!
