Our lovely townhome is located in the Fairways development at Mauna Lani Resort. The small Fairways complex surrounds a large pool, Jacuzzi and common area. The outer perimeter borders golf course and open space. The gated complex is private, peaceful, secure and easily accessed.

This spacious and well-appointed two bedroom townhome is the most popular and largest of the two bedroom floor plans available in the development, and is perfect for one or two couples as well as a family. The unit sits in a tranquil, private location within the Fairways and is a short walk from the pool and common area amenities.

Our townhome makes a wonderful vacation home and provides a prime access point for enjoying the private Owner’s Beach Club, the endless amenities of the Mauna Lani Resort, area beaches, and exploring the entire Big Island. Enjoy two championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants, recreational and fitness activities for all ages and interests.

Our on-site concierge will provide detailed directions to the townhome, which will be prepped and ready for your arrival. You can rest assured we will take care of the details so you may enjoy your stay.

About Owner

We live in Idaho and Washington but have a very special long-time relationship with the Big Island and the Kohala Coast, having enjoyed the Mauna Lani area as our home away from home and activity destination for our families. The tropical climate is the perfect complement to our permanent homes; who could ask for anything more.

We chose the Fairway Town Home for its excellent quality, amenities and prime location within the Mauna Lani resort area. Over the years we have had several properties here, gotten married here, brought our families here and enjoyed the area to the fullest. We wish you the same wonderful experience.

The spacious masters section includes a study, a large walk-in closet, additional storage and closet space, and the master bath. The study provides access to the upstairs lanai. The second floor bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the floor, separated by a hallway ensuring individual privacy. The beds are comfortable with high quality linens. First Class Accodations

This was our first time ever using VRBO and I can tell you we were absolutely happy with this property! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was high quality and well thought out. We were lacking nothing. The Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you would find at home (all top end appliances) The furniture was all comfortable and the place was decorated beautifully. The Lanai's were quite and peaceful and the bedrooms were comfortable. The master suite (and I do mean sweet) was huge and perfect. Having access to all of the snorkels and towels and coolers made us feel like we were at home. Having access to the owners beach was also awesome as we were able to have our own cabana and chase lounges at the very protected beach. (snorkeling was excellent). The grocery store was just down the street which was also awesome. The pool at the condo was perfect, very few people there and plenty of space. WE WILL BE BACK! By the way, If you like sushi there is a great place at the golf clubhouse with awesome views.

Amazing property in a beautiful location!

The location was perfect with access to beautiful beaches. Our family spent a week and a half here and it was perfect. Everything you need is available and it was great to come home after a long day exploring the island to have the comforts of home and be able to relax, cook dinner and play games around the table. Very spacious place, we enjoyed every minute!

Great option for a family of 4

Lots of space with a great layout and amenities to accommodate an active family. Master bed was VERY comfortable; guest bed is a double (not a queen size) but was fine for our 11 and 13 year-old. The owners & guests' beach is accessible by bike or vehicle and offers calm water and good snorkeling - - we visited the best beaches on the Big Island and this little one punched above its weight in terms of good swimming and snorkeling. The contact we had with owners and their agents was friendly, easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again on our next visit!

Absolutely amazing.

Absolutely amazing. The townhome made our vacation to Hawaii even better. It is everything that the site claims it to be, and even more.

The townhome was very clean and was more than we would have imagined or expected.

We will be highly recommending it to all our friends and family who may be wanting to travel to the Kona area.
