Pleasant T3 of 76 m2 located district Park Bertault in Ajaccio, at the beginning of the road of bloodthirsty.
It is composed of :
2 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), 1 nice living room with fireplace, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and a terrace with sea view on which it is possible to eat.

The Trottel beach is 50m away and the city center only 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by bus).

All shops nearby including a supermarket.
4th floor without elevator.
Arrival from 17h maximum departure 11h with possible arrangement if the apartment is not rented the day before or the next day.

The apartment is non smoking and we respect the neighborhood.
Possibility to park for free in the parking lot of the building.

L'appartement est top! Situé au Trottel, quartier que nous apprécions particulièrement, il est spacieux, lumineux, à deux pas de la plage, des commerces, du départ du chemin des crêtes et à une dizaine de minutes du centre historique. La procédure d'arrivée est simple. Tout était parfait.

A côté de tout!

Logement propre et bien rénové dans ancien immeuble. À côté de tout (commerces, plages etc… donc un peu bruyant autour, c’est le jeu!) mais voiture conseillée pour aller voir les (plus) jolies plages et autres endroits autour d’Ajaccio. Il fait très chaud dans le logement la nuit, clim à disposition. Jolie terrasse, agréable d’y rester le soir. Bonne communication avec la proprio. Prévoyez de l’anti moustique l’été ;-)

L appartement est rafraîchi dans l ensemble même si l immeuble est assez vieillot .. la climatisation n est pas très performante et le parking souvent saturé.. une belle plage en face et beaucoup de magasins aux environs..pas de wifi ..

Excellent séjour malheureusement trop court

Appartement très agréable, très lumineux, déco contemporaine relaxante, très fonctionnel. Il ne nous a rien manqué. Tout est faisable a pied( courses, centre ville d Ajaccio à 25min par une belle promenade de bord de mer, restaurants à tous les prix, plage au pied de l'immeuble, parking dans la résidence).
