About Neil and Heidi Piller
My wife Heidi and I, and our two secondary school-aged children, love spending time outdoors (skiing, canoeing, hiking, kayaking and surfing) and traveling. Our main base is in Vancouver but we also spend time with our family in Victoria and at our home on Mayne Island. We have a number of long term rental properties and two furnished VRBO rentals in Victoria and this new one in Vancouver. We are members in good standing with Landlord BC and enjoy taking good care of our tenants and our rental properties.

We purchased this property in 1993 and undertook a big renovation to it in 2003. We renovated it again in 2018, including taking the suite down to the studs.

We absolutely love this house and location. It is a quiet street, yet walking distance to all amenities. We enjoy running to the beach and the local parks. The proximity to public transit and downtown is the icing on the cake.

Fabulous Kitsalano Garden Suite
This lovely well equipped property is close buses and within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. The sofa bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

This place is new and absolutely spotless. Very well lit. Extremely comfortable bed. Wonderful new appliances. Lovely patio area in the back of the house. Quiet. Great owners. No problems.
Superb location. Parking always available on the street. Walk a few blocks to all kinds of shopping/eating/drinking establishments. Bus to downtown only a block away.
We had all that we needed and more for a resting spot from our busy weekend helping our daughter move out of UBC. Also, we appreciated the fact that recycling and compost were available and straightforward to use. Not always the case in short term rentals.
