Situate in una dimora storica del Kitsilano del 1912, le 2 camere da letto sono accessibili da un ingresso separato sul retro della casa. Viviamo di sopra.

Questo spazio è moderno e pulito ed è una passeggiata verso un accogliente giardino sul retro. C'è un patio con un divano e 2 sedie nel giardino in modo da poter rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino di Okanagan dopo una lunga giornata.

Siamo a pochi passi da tutti i ristoranti e negozi locali situati a West Broadway e 4 ° (aree commerciali). UBC 20 minuti in autobus e il centro di Vancouver è a 15 minuti in autobus (02).

Si tratta di una sistemazione confortevole con giardino indipendente con due camere da letto, ideale per coppie, affari, viaggiatori singoli o una piccola famiglia. Goditi un letto matrimoniale molto comodo in una stanza e un letto matrimoniale nell'altra. C'è un piccolo tavolo da cucina, divano e TV (via cavo) nell'area principale. Internet ad alta velocità è disponibile. Abbiamo una macchina Keurig, un bollitore, un piccolo frigorifero, un tostapane e un barbecue nel patio esterno con un tavolo per 4 persone. Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada.

Siamo una coppia di professionisti che vive al piano di sopra e è molto tranquilla. Cozy and Private

This property was clean and neat with a private patio and garden area. It is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The guests were friendly and easy to communicate with. A great place to stay that has all the comforts of home.

Quiet & Comfortable

Great location! Quiet neighborhood; walkable to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Hosts communicated promptly. Clean and comfortable living space, bathrooms and beds. We’d return here again for sure!

Great stay in Kitsalano

Perfect place for our family group of 3.Good communication with hosts who provided helpful information. Very clean and tasteful decor. Some nice extra touches such as welcome muffins, umbrellas (although we didn’t need the umbrellas as we were fortunate with beautiful weather). Very walkable area with many good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Cozy and wonderful!

We loved our stay! Christine was so welcoming and helpful and gave us wonderful suggestions. We felt so warm and cozy and loved the location! We fell in love with the neighborhood and enjoyed dinner on the patio!!! We will most certainly be back!

Lovely neighborhood and great host

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Kitsilano.. We appreciated the considerate touches, such as the three large umbrellas, plenty of towels, and homemade welcome muffins after a day of travel! Christine was lovely and very communicative. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great location and wonderful hosts

You couldn't ask for a better spot, steps from Broadway in Kitsilano but on a quiet street. Hosts were fantastic communicators, very accommodating, and made extra effort to make us comfortable. Our only note - it's a bit smaller than the pictures show, the kitchen/living room areas are a little bit snug for 4 adults - we were two couples and the weather was too chilly to comfortably make use of the outdoor table and chairs, so we couldn't all sit together at the small table to eat, or on sofa to hang out. Still overall a great stay.

Convenient and comfortable

Christine was very communicative and helpful. The location is amazing and easily accessible. For a basement suite it was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing rental and location!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Christine and Pat are excellent hosts. They responded right away to my questions about the rental and Vancouver. I loved the location in Kitsilano because it is close to a grocery store, restaurants, shops and transit. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Suite and neighborhood was amazing, we will definitely consider next time we are in town. Christine was great as well, we ended up taking an early flight in and the suite was ready so she was able to let us have the suite early which was great for the kids.

Lovely Stay

My friend and I had a fantastic visit. It was the perfect place for going to both the UBC gardens and Granville Market/Downtown. Its event walkable to the Kitsilano Beach. Christine was so helpful at check-in giving us an introduction to the neighborhood and tips on transportation. If its available, I highly recommend booking!

Great space, great location!

This is a lovely, well located place to stay in Kits. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach (10 min walk) and everything else you might want. The space clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely backyard to hang out in.The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and great to stroll through. Christine is a lovely host - very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Quick family vacation in Vancouver.

Christina’s place was great!! Convenient to walk to the beaches, paths, shopping, and restaurants. We had our two teenage daughters with us. The suite worked perfect for us. We will definitely have as our first choice next time we are in Vancouver!

Kitsilano Comfort

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this very sweet VRBO the first week of July. You cannot beat the location - it's close to so many wonderful cafes and restaurants! And an easy walk to shops and the beach! Christine's place is very clean and very cozy. Both bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds and the water pressure in the shower is terrific. The kitchen provides every tool you'd need to cook with or even bbq with in the backyard. Oh, and the garden walk out is great - we had gorgeous weather when we visited, so having space to gather outdoors was awesome. As far as hosts go, Christine is fantastic. She's friendly, hospitable, kind and so quick to answer texts and messages. Pat is very nice too - he even installed a portable AC unit for us because of a recent heatwave. We had a very relaxing stay at this Kitsilano VRBO and hope to return some day!

Amazing hosts, amazing location

We loved our stay in Kitsilano. We wanted to spend a few days in Vancouver before our Alaskan cruise and this area did not disappoint! It was my husband and me and our 14 year old son. This place was perfect for our small group. Although the space is small, it had everything you needed and was just a short walk to so many restaurants, a pharmacy, small grocery and even two beaches! Christine was amazing. We got in late and she had left us a basket of homemade muffins and there was coffee for the morning!! This was so thoughtful! I highly recommend this cute vacation rental!!

I loved my time here so much. I came to Vancouver alone and this was the perfect location for everything I needed. The hosts were so wonderful, kind and helpful and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit. Kits Getaway

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! Christine & Pat were super friendly & offered all kinds of suggestions of things to do & places to eat! We were only a 5 minute walk to my son’s apartment & the outdoor dining & lounge area along with the bbq made entertaining so convenient! Definitely recommending this place to all friends & family!! Thank you for such a memorable trip!!!

We loved how close we were to everything! One street over from restaurants, shops, grocery store, and boba tea shops! Easy parking and a short walk to the beach. Charming garden and comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay!
