An en-suite heart shaped tub in the first floor suite creates a romantic environment. The lower level game room features a pool table. While this cabin is the perfect for a romantic getaway, a futon is available in the lower level game room and accommodate two kids.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The only complaint would be there was no extra toilet paper or towels available in the cabin. This could have very well been an oversight. The bed mattress was extremely hard. I know some folks like a very firm mattress but I cannot sleep on one. My fault for not asking what type of mattress was in the cabin. We had a fantastic time and will use Elk Springs again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great, situated in a nice spot almost directly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge makes for not too terrible of a drive either way. Hot tub worked great, jacuzzi was a cute touch. Only complaint was the lack of WiFi for the first two days, which wouldn’t be a big deal had we not been guaranteed WiFi. Made the first couple days a little hectic with trying to plan activities, as we had to park in a parking lot in town and try to figure from there. They sent Adam to try and fix it the first night, he was great and gave us great recommendations around the area.

We needed to use pillows as cushions to give the couch support. The bed was hard and not comfortable. One other issue, there is no place to store our clothes. When we stay at a place for longer than two days living out of our suitcases is not ideal. Even though we did not find this cabin ideal, we will still use Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in the future and recommend you to our friends.

I thext the number they completely blew it off. I also mentioned the hot tub was low and asked where the porch swing was? The lamp was broke and over half the bulbs were missing, so the cabin was dark. They offered to send a maintenance man to put water in the hot tub, but ignored everything else. Our first stay at a different location was amazing, but this whole location was trash. Didn’t get offered a diff cabin, discount, or anything. It was horrible, not to mention I took kids and they were nauseous the whole time bc the smell was so strong.

The place had dust throughout in all the wall and cabinet decor as well as all the window coverings. The outdoor rockers have not been cleaned in a very long time as well. The bed upstairs was comfortable. Blinds in bathroom were broken and lacking appropriate privacy. I loved the downstairs space but unfortunately the futon was not comfortable for sleeping. If there had been a comfortable bed downstairs we would have chosen to sleep there instead. It was nice to have the second complete bathroom downstairs as well as the washer and dryer. Downstairs furnishings were falling apart as well. The location was good but would not recommend in the winter due to steep inclines. The upstairs is all one big room with bath tub,bed,kitchen and living room all together like a big hotel room with a kitchenette. Not a problem for only 2 people but no privacy for more than 2.

So we were stuck with the cabin. There were ants in the tub in the main bathroom, AC went out the first night, they were quick to come fix it but it didn’t last. It still didn’t cool properly. The hot tub smelled really bad, too much chemicals, so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The jacuzzi was terribly filthy (black stuff floating in the water)during the first use, so we didn’t get to enjoy that again. The loveseat was extremely wore out that you sink very deep if you sit on the left side. The only reason it got the stars is because we enjoyed the sights.
