清潔な1200平方フィートのコテージは、白いキッチン、クォーツカウンター、シャワー付きの明るいバスルーム、ベッドルーム2つ（クイーンベッド1台とツイン二段ベッド1つ）、2つのリビングエリア（クイーンサイズのソファスリーパー1つ）で完全に改装されましたもう1つは6）の大きな灰色の断面です。 アーチ型天井の美しいダイニングエリアには、最大10席の大きな拡張可能なテーブルがあり、周囲の窓からパノラマの海の景色を眺めることができます。 広いラップアラウンドデッキでリラックスしたり、火災ピットで冷やしたり、3つのドックを備えた150フィートの海壁間口に沿って釣りをしたりできます。 2つのストール完成ガレージで、朝のコーヒーを飲みながら美しいスイングでリラックスしたり、揺れたり、使用可能な5つの自転車を楽しんだりできます。 6つのカヤック（大人5人と若者1人）も利用できます。 豪華な擁壁と最新の外装塗装により、このコテージは家族が屋外でリラックスして川沿いの最適な場所を楽しむのに最適な場所です。

Cottage is beautiful and oh, so comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck overlooking the river then grabbing a kayak for a quiet paddle upstream. I loved everything about our stay and will definitely book again.

Cabin was beautiful and right on the river which allowed us to sit and enjoy nature. The kayaks were a hit. We truly had a fabulous time.

The property is very comfortable inside and out. The house was very clean and had all the features of home. The fire pit, swing, and deck area offer exceptional views of the lake and are fantastic places to relax and leave the world behind. The neighborhood, while populated, is very quiet. Can’t wait to go back……! Will rent the available pontoon boat next time for sure !!!!! And if you like grilling as I do, there is a decent gas grill on site and a very nice meat market a quarter of a mile down the street. We had some awesome filets from there…….

5 star cabin for sure

This cabin is special... bright, cheerful decor with everything you need to have a great stay. Great view and access to the lake. Sun room overlooking the lake is beautiful. Watch for the bald eagles flying right in front of the deck. Owners were gracious and friendly. Everything in the write up was exactly correct. 5 stars 🌟

Great experience.

Property just as pictured. Clean. Beautiful location. LOVE the beautiful window view of river. The spacious deck, seating, and dedicated fire pit all got frequent use! We saw bald eagles twice directly across river. Very peaceful and quiet. Use of kayaks an added bonus. My husband and I were there to take advantage of The Dragon Trail mountain bike trail around perimeter of Hardy Dam Pond. This VRBO was perfectly located for short drive to various segment access points. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hosts were great as well.

Excellent Holiday Getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful. The owners did incredible designing and laying out this beautiful house on Croton Pond. There is nothing quite like the peace of drinking your morning coffee at the table in a warm house with a full window view of the water. The house was absolutely the perfect size for my family of 4. The linens and kitchen are well stocked for any needs that could come up. The house was very clean and clearly well taken care of. Highly recommend staying at Eagles Landing!

We rented the both properties and shared space with 10 adults, 4 kids, and 2 infants. It had everything and the views, amenities at both properties were top notch.

Colorless Color Tour

Due to the warmer than usual temps this October, there wasn't much autumn color in Mid Michigan. No worries tho! The cottage was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and fun trip. And the views of Croton Pond are spectacular. Dawn and Todd are attentive and gracious hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding!

The cottage is gorgeous and Todd and Dawn have supplied everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is beautiful. The view of the river is amazing and it is so peaceful and quiet. We fished right off of the dock. We've been doing home rentals, B&B's, etc. for YEARS now and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. Todd and Dawn are super nice and respond promptly to any questions and/or concerns. Don't pass this one by!

Lovely Waterfront Cottage

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The outdoor space in back had nice, shady seating areas to sit and take in the beautiful river views. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but enjoyed kayaking and cruising the lake and river in a pontoon. Host couple were very nice and made us feel welcome!

Perfect Spot to Relax

I booked this house/cottage as a surprise for my boyfriend’s 40th Birthday. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The property was immaculate: very clean, gorgeous views, with lots of activities like kayaking, and fishing, a fire pit, and even a pontoon boat to rent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. I was a little nervous that there would be road noise as the property is close to the road in the photos, but that was not the case. The road has very little traffic and almost no road noise. I also like to mention that the river was fairly quit too - even on Memorial Day Weekend. There was not a lot of loud boat traffic like you might expect. The property is located at a shallower point in the river so there was minimal boat/jet ski traffic which was nice and made our stay relaxing. The property owners were very kind accommodating as well. Thanks Dawn & Todd for the awesome stay! We are definitely considering renting this place again. Maybe even again yet this year if we can! :)

Best Mini Vacation Ever!

We are so grateful to Todd and his wife for the opportunity to stay at their beautiful cottage and for a wonderful experience. The cottage is absolutely stunning, very homey and it has a breath taking lake view which I miss so much! The beds and couches are so comfortable. There is so much to do. This cottage is perfect for both winter and summer. We had an amazing time! So grateful for such a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Another Great week on the River

Peaceful spot on the muskegan river

The house is beautiful and the river is spectacular. There are many activities to enjoy, kayaking, fishing, star gazing, bike riding and many more. It really was a great vacation.Todd and Dawn are great hosts and run a wonderful and peaceful oasis here.

Beautiful and relaxing riverfront getaway!

Absolute beautifully renovated cottage on the river.

The owners were there to greet us with very high energy and excitement (as we also had) as we were the first renters of their newly remodeled family cottage.
