Upea merkki uusi kokemus Cinnamon Beach! Bijou-kokoelman Cocon mökki tarjoaa merinäköalat ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät järvelle, upeimmista auringonlaskuista, joita olet koskaan nähnyt !! Toivottava sijainti kadun päässä, mikä tekee siitä ainoan kodin yhteisössä, jota reunustaa sekä takaosa että vesi!


Mikä tekee Cocon mökistä ainutlaatuisen, se on ainoa koti yhteisössä, jossa on "vieraskortteja" päärakennuksen vieressä ja täydellinen oma sisäänkäynti! Tämä erillinen king-sviitti, jossa on kylpyamme ja kahvila, on täydellinen paikka laajalle perheelle tai ystäville. He voivat tulla ja mennä haluamallaan tavalla, ja päärakennukseen on katettu kävelytie koko ryhmän kokoontuessa. Mikään muu koti kuin se!

Päärakennuksen ulkoasu on upea: avarassa pohjakerroksessa on kaunis keittiö ja kaksi Queen Bed -sviittiä, joissa kaikissa on kylpyamme. Yhdessä sviitissä on queen-vuode, ja toisessa on kahden hengen kylpyhuone, johon asiakkaat pääsevät pääasiallisilla oleskelualueilla. Viihtyisä olohuone virtaa ulos leuan pudottavalle uima-altaalle ja terassille, joka on mukavin, mitä olet koskaan nähnyt! Tuntuu siltä, että sinulla on oma yksityinen keidas näkymä järvelle. Rentoudu ja nauti!

Päärakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa asuu muhkeat Master-sviitit, joissa on king-vuode ja Queen-sänky. Astu ulos Master Suite -parvekkeelle ja nauti hurmaavista auringonlaskuista! Näkymäsi on järven pisimmässä osassa, josta on uskomattomat näkymät vedessä kimaltelevalle auringolle ja lentäville lintuille, kilpikonnille ja saukkoille! Katso vain etelään ja katso golfarit kuuluisan Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course -kadun viheralueella.

Cocon mökin ylimmässä kerroksessa on upea paeta lapsille, ja siinä on pelihuone, 3 kerrossänkyä, täysi kylpyamme ja vuodesohva, jos äiti ja isä haluavat pysyä lähellä. Paljon hauskaa tässä kerroksessa!

Family vacation

Beautiful property at Hammock Beach. This is our second time staying here. It’s close to the beach and has a lovely pool. The best part was being together as a family.

Gorgeous, very spacious, easily accommodated our three families. Great location, short walk to beach and beach house. Pool is a good size and the heater came in VERY handy in December.

Nice Home, Not Appointed Well

57 Cinnamon Beach Way is a nice home in a good location but not appointed well. Pool furniture was mostly all broken and boxes of new furniture was in garage, which kept us from being able to use the garage. Only three towels in master bath and no kitchen dish rags available.

Work Related Stay

We stayed at the property while working in the area. The house is great. Very spacious and offered both privacy and communal time when needed. Crystal was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

Coco's Cottage

Our Family of 5 had an amazing time. The house was very clean. The community's quiet and relaxing. The beach, top notch. The private pool was perfect. My only advice, stop at Publix on your way in. There are no spices (not even salt and pepper) or cooking (food) supplies , like most VRBO'S we have rented. When I asked the Consier about missing things(like a pasta strainer, we just wanted to borrow one), they Amazoned us one immediately. The service was top notch.

House had a few maintenance issues which I reported to the manager.Patio furniture could use updating and upgrading as it was very uncomfortable.Also, when we arrived there was an overpowering scent of air freshener. Found this was caused by a plug-in air freshener in every room! Had to unplug them due to asthma and allergies of some family members.Overall though the house was comfortable and spacious and well equipped.I would recommend it.

Beautiful property! Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at coco’s cottage. House is very roomy and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our 5 adult children and their spouses. Nice that each room has its own bathroom. Heated pool was a plus on the few cloudy cool days we had and the proximity to the beach was good. We also loved how pet friendly Cinnamon beach, Flagler Beach and Coco’s cottage is so even the four legged kids had fun. When I booked the property the description said that each room had at least a queen bed, but one room has a daybed with trundle. Still worked OK for us, so not a big deal. There was no broom or vacuum at the property which would have been nice for a week long stay that included 12 people and dogs. Again not a big deal, just a nice to have. I liked that soaps and some TP was provided and the pots and pans were really nice. Lots of Tupperware for leftovers too, but no sheet pans. All of these are just suggestions/nice to have and definitely did not deter us from totally enjoying our stay! Thank you for a memorable Christmas!

Several things were broken or damaged. Ceiling fans could use a good dusting. Damage to fridge, window blinds broken, 2 pool chairs broken, plus pool heater was never on. These things should all be set for move in date. Otherwise its a great home, just needs attention.

Family vacation

We have returned to Coco’s cottage for a family vacation. This home sits on a pseudo corner lot with a lush swamp to one side and views of the golf course to the back giving you picturesque sunset views. The home design and decor are well done. If you plan to cook, bring all your essentials as this kitchen has the bare minimum of pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and sharp knives. There are plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. They replaced the grill and it worked perfectly. 😁 I recommend bringing extra towels and washcloths. There is plenty of beach towels and toys. The third floor will accommodate small children/teens and is a great place for young teen to hang out, however is not ideal for adults needing to sleep as the bunk beds appear to be standard child size. Overall, this is a great place to stay with plenty of room to vacation.

I had already signed one with air bnb. I did NOT appreciate that! They had my money and refused to give me the keys unless I signed their second agreement. they told me nothing about this second agreement until after they had taken my money and the dates to go on vacation was fast approaching. I felt I was being dooped, into signing, but I had little options at that point I already had family arriving soon.

Great house and pool! Had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, although we really felt the beach was only okay, since there were lots of large stones and jagged ones too, in the water. Not a very good beach in terms of water accessibility. Thankfully the house was very nice and had plenty of room for our multiple family members and the pool was super nice too! Fortunately, we're pretty close to beaches where we are from, but if you were coming mainly for the beach, there are better locations along Florida's east coast. Pricing for the house was on the expensive side in terms of rentals, but it was clean, spacious and close to the grocery store. So a good value, but not a great value!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and love the home. Only complaint is the mattresses. Especially bedroom on second floor. Springs are coming out. Also I’ve been coming to cinnamon beach for the last 5 years but might be my last. The (quiet pool)I guess the adults think its for them only. I have teenagers and they were not loud or causing trouble. They just talked and one of the renters/owners felt the need to scold my husband and told him this is the quiet pool. Kids pool is across the street. House was great though.

Nice house - but not on the beach

Reviewer Comments: Nice house, lots of room for our 10-person crowd, nice quality standard and style, clean, great to have the board games for our evening fun. We were surprised by the kitchen equipment (three corkscrews but only two wine glasses, no cheese grater, etc.) - I hope the owners will review and fix this before too long. Our biggest disappointment was the „beachfront” description of the property, which was quite important to us - the house was 10-15 minutes walk away (too far for my 76-year old mother, who stayed in the house instead). But for more mobile groups, I can strongly recommend - and certainly take advantage of the seaside pool and burgers at the pool bar!
