The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen that overlooks the canal, living room & downstairs game room with pool table. Bring your pets as our home is pet friendly! The neighborhood is a canal front home neighborhood with many upscale homes and quiet neighbors. You will find peace and tranquility sitting on any of the 3 back patios at night or on the dock watching boats come in and listening to the birds chirp!
The home is conveniently close to fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment options while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.

You will need a car to go to stores, but everything is just a short drive away and would be no more than 15 mins to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and entertainment.
For your grocery needs, Publix Supermarket at Island Walk is approximately a 7-minute drive (2.9 miles) away. Additionally, an ALDI store is located at 645 Palm Coast.


A separate $35 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.
A lease agreement and a separate $1,000 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 23 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person per night after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
If your boat is 14' tall or less, you will fit under all bridges without need to consider tide. Vessels taller than 14' will need to consider low and high tides for boat height consideration. The boat slip is 15' wide and includes rope to tie into.
Additionally, the yard is not fenced in. The pool is NOT heated.
