the house consists of a 250m2 floor comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a tv lounge and a 100m2 living space and an independent apartment on the ground floor comprising 1 bedroom 1 living room with 2 sofa beds , a corner with a small child's bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.
